But, it's worth it if it's the only way you can afford decent dentures!
If there's means testing in Washington, I don't think Legs would qualify even if he's within striking distance of a dental school.

Back then in NJ, means testing was no problem for me. I could have gotten under any bar.

I'd have to try to find it, but VTC4s anyway are supposed to handle low resistance builds better. Don't know about 5s or 6s. What I think I remember is that Mooch said they don't heat up as much at high amp draws, but I would have to find it. It really only matters if you are getting close to the amp limit of the battery though from what I understand, so .5ohm aor so, I'd go for a 25R or HG2. But Down around .25ohm you are getting close to the battery limit, so it generates more heat which has a negative impact on the battery life span.
thanks, that makes sense

kewl!

I date all my batteries.
so do I, and number them, but I also wrap some tape around them and make a tab. Makes them easier to get in and out of the charger with the tape tab. Plus even sharpies tend to rub off after a bit. But yeah the 30Qs are very easy to see. I used a gold paint pen on my hg2 so they'd show up on the brown.

A year ago today, the World lost Prince Rogers Nelson .. one of the Artists that I consider not only within the top 10 of innovators in the last 40 years, but, IMO the best Guitarist since Hendrix .. I listened to him play an acoustic guitar, nothing but him and the guitar, and it was almost like listening to 3 people play ..

In the studio, he pretty much did it all and played it all .. he had a natural grace and humor .. just a 5' 3" Powerhouse .. and a Musicians Musician ..

I don't remember any testing. Testing for what?

I do remember a very long wait.

ETA: Of course, it was back in 1981. That makes my dentures 36 years old now.
Means testing. If ya gots too much means (money), then no tooths for you!

Yep probably couldn't go there. I found 2 denturists with good reviews but as we know you can't always go by that. They all run about the same 15-1600 for a full set. Thing is you just don't know who to trust anymore. You can get el cheapos for around 800 full set but not really made to last, soft acrylic teeth. 10% wear per year 1 year warranty. The others are 2 year warranty and supposed to last well. They want $50 to replace the tooth since I have it. This gal that put it in last time it only lassted about 8 months. I have one that was done by another guy in W Washington that has lasted 3 years.

The thing that needs to be remembered at least in my mind is as the coil heats the resistance also increases and the amperage decreases so a .25 ohm coil at vaping temperature could be as much as say a .5ohm coil not completely sure if that is correct as far as the numbers but also something to think about.
Whew! I see the change he made in the HG2'sn but I'm on 1.0 & 14 watts in all my mods & tanks.

Too bad you can't talk to their old customers. There's a huge difference in quality!

Regardless of my DR's harping, one of my primary reasons for sticking with the PV was the money savings .. when cigs hit $6.00 a pack in my area, dropping $9.00 a day on average in my case / $270 a month or so, was great motivation .. of course, I could of gone to the No-Name's, which still sell on the Missouri side of the river for around $2.00 or less .. but then, I would have been smoking weeds/sawdust, and not in a good way .. ;)
HAHA. My brother used to call the no names "what they sweep up off the floor while making MArlboro's.

I never really smoked the no names. I did smoke Pall Mall which were always cheaper but I quit soon after resorting to them. I was usually able to find one of the top brands, Marlboro, Camel or Winston on sale some where. I would buy all they had in stock when I did. Sometimes paying $250-$300 at a time. Come home and stash them kidding myself that those would last me 6 weeks. About 2-3 weeks later when half of them were gone I would be on the prowl for another sale.

maybe I have to buy additional tools... I'm not clear on that.
you do
Garry Rhyne’s DVD will show you how to make your own dentures for around $25, plus the cost of the tools you will need, which is minimal

I just use green painters tape to label my batts, & juice. I don't have a problem getting them out of the charger. I learned my lesson about that when the charger clip got away from me & peeled a nick in the wrap on a batt. Gotta hang onto that thingied
