Who knows when you look at the same flight using the AA flt # it doesn't show that jog at all they are over Newfoundland now. Only 7 hours to go.

Is that a Netflix production or a network. We watched all of Season 1 but thought it kinda lost something without Billy Bob. There was another series that was really good also that the first season had Mathew McConahey and another big name but Season 2 didn't have them. Fargo is a strange one.

I'm pretty sure she's the one I thought was weird, and I've read some strange stuff.

I may have read one of hers as a teen or young adult, not sure. I think she did love stories, but again not sure. Now Jacqueline Susan was weird. Only read Valley of the Dolls, but it was enough.

My dad smoked those from 17 to 74 yrs.old. That is of course what I smoked as a too young youngster. Quit after 54 yrs. on day one with a vape. 267 days now and over 4K not spent on cigs. Not saying how much went to vape gear.

Another one I really like is Designated Survivor.

Jup, I started on those when I was 12 but only smoked 36 yrs. Wahooooooo nearly a year......that's wonderful!!!

I remember one time long time ago, someone counted (was it you?) and it was a lot, but don't recall what it was.

If you have an ebook reader they are available to check out from your local overdrive with a library card.

Ok, I'm so out of touch with all this. By ebook reader, does it have to be a nook or kindle, or can you just have those apps on your phone? I know I dl'd kindle onto the phone. Someone used to post a daily free book, but dunno how to get to em. With overdrive, do you need a library card from them or your local library? I'd love to read some of her books if I can just check em out.

Life delivers a lot of lessons and they should be shared so that others can be spared...

Last night I learned that toaster ovens just don't work that well ---- especially if you do not check to see if they are plugged in or not before you have waited 20min for the timer to go off and find out it is still frozen.

I did learn that the timer is mechanical though and does not use electricity... LOL

hehehe. reminds me of the time when I was a kid, it took me nearly 3 hours to make a pot pie. Put it in the oven.......watched tv for 45 mins. Took it out set it on the stove, it was still frozen. Turned the oven on.....watched tv for 45 mins...... oven was pipin hot, pot pie was still sittin on top of the stove! Jup.......I've always been this bright

Thats what I smoked in High School till I found out Dominoes were almost the same and a nickel cheaper.

My mom smoked them when I was a kid. I learned to tape the Pall Mall cig to an already used Marlboro filter so as not to totally gag. I also used to take a pack of my moms Pall Malls (she also bought 10-12 cartons at a time so she had scads) down to the corner liquor store (in CA the liquor store was also where you went for milk, bread and candy) and the owner would let me trade them for a pack of Marlboro. He also let me buy Marlboro's, for my "mom" and sometimes I had a note written by her (yeah right) to buy a pack

lol sometimes I would smoke em just like they were......sometimes I'd get a little tobacco out of one end and shove some cotton in there to act as a filter. Dad only bought a carton at a time, but I'd swipe a few from open packs.
My best friend at the time, her mom would let us smoke but her step dad wouldn't......so her mom always left us lil bit smoked ones in the ashtrays. Take a few puffs, put it out, leave it for us to scavenge after they went to bed. Sometimes she'd give us some never smoked ones, and once in awhile even buy us a pack. At that time they were 45 cents in the vending machine, even cheaper at the stores. Jup, I had those same notes.....one place didn't even bother, cuz they knew. They just sold em to us. Jup marlboro reds were my smoke of choice too. Later I went to 100's. I lost count of how many times my dad caught me smoking. When I graduated HS, my step mom said if it were up to her, she'd just let me smoke, but she couldn't cuz of dad. I graduated in Jan but the ceremony wasn't til May or June. My best g/f, (different one by this time), had come to visit for my grad ceremony. she got in the car when we picked her up and said "Hey dad, mind if I smoke?" It worked for her......so I said........"Hey dad, mind if I smoke"? Major heavy sigh......well I wish you wouldn't, but if your gonna anyhow, go ahead I reckin. (said with much drama of course). I knew it upset him, and that made me feel bad, but I lit up before he could change his mind! hehehe I had another friend that was married and had 4 kids, and I was over there one time when her mom called and said she was coming over.... she sprung into action....here, put the cigs away, help me hide these ashtrays and she ran for the air freshener!

FLORIDA WILDFIRES Not unusual this time if year due to our dry 'winters'. There have been much worse outbreaks in the past.

Locally, many yards are have that partial Southwestern singed look!

Welll this is not good. Their plane got out about 300miles over the Atlantic and it shows him turning back and heading for UK. It also shows his airspeed a 1012 mph which is wrong I'm sure. Now I'm worried. He took a log time before takeoff. God I hope nothing is wrong.

Glad they got back on track. I'd wondered too about weather, but didn't know if they'd go that far to the side, or mostly go above it.

Nooooooo Well, I'm glad Bells asked, cuz I was totally confused. I've read the rules a lotta times, but there are a lot of em! I've only been on here 5 years, so still learning the ropes I had no idea what y'all were talkin about til I read more, or what rule had been broken. got it now.

yeah but my dad was 51 when he got custody of me, I was 3, so I know about a lotta stuff that was way before my time. Big hug for callin me a kid. You brought a smile to my face!
