Awww, silly Brutus! Too cute, he plays the pity party to the hilt!
He was sitting on his bed, behind the recliner I was in. He also goes to the middle of the room & sits with his back to you & grumbles like this. It's a dramatic display of "You're a meanie".

Ya know for all my fancy gear sometimes it is just nice to kick back with a simple dripper. Sitting here surfing the internet vaping an Igo-L with a .8 ohm kanthal build at 14.3 Watts and Halo Shamrock juice and just enjoying the heck out of it.

Edit: Just one warning if anyone tries that juice. It is a delicious chocolate mint BUT it is one serious coil gunker which is why I use it in a rebuildable dripper.

Dumped all my stock yesterday .. in looking for other things to cash in on, I found this gem that came out back in the 1970's .. the best time to sell anything is when it's hot and in demand, so, to Craigslist it goes .. ;) .. it's a bit beat up, but you just don't see these too often .. ;) .. the really weird part is, who would have thought Ms Cleo predicted things so well .. ?? o_O

he, he ... that's a riot.

My grandson Ethan's first Halloween. That embroidered quilt he's sitting on was made by his great great grandmother. :)

I just clean, dry burn and rewick the thing before I put it away so it is ready to go when the wild hair to drip hits me. :)

How precious! What a beautiful, happy little boy! What a lovely quilt she made!! It'll be a wonderful keepsake, especially with the picture to go with it. The place we stay at in Stone Harbor, NJ has a quilt on the wall going up the stairs that's made of different pieces of clothing of the grandkids with their names on each piece. It's a wonderful memory keepsake!

Yeah they do.

One of the things I ended up with when my ex moved out many years ago is a huge pile of old Xmen and New Mutant comic books. I was told they are worth a fair bit of money. I stuck them in a safe deposit box until I get around to finding someone trustworthy to appraise them.

I hate what they have done to so many breeds. Not just Irish Setters and Goldens (when they brought in the light colored Goldens the temperaments went down the tubes), but Labs and several others. German Shepherds? They could no more herd all day, what they were originally bred to do, they couldn't walk out of a paper bag! You will notice most service/police shepherds have straighter backs and their rear legs under them. Heck, many are turning to Belgian Malinois, the short haired variety of my Tervuren. More drive and healthier. Ah heck, don't get me started...

There are good breeders out there, breeding dogs with structure and temperaments that fit what they were originally intended to do. If you ever want a Golden, find your self a nice red/golden one and any purebred dog make sure the breeder does all health clearances. If they can't show you the test results, run!

I love senior dogs. Most are settled, know the rules, have manners and are very loving. Like humans, getting older usually means some health issues like arthritis and, unfortunately, possible cancer, diabetes, overweight. I keep my dogs lean - you can feel their ribs if you rub their sides. Not obvious but you can feel them.. About the worst disservice people do to pets is to let them get fat.

Ok, so yes, there are good breeders out there, but there are also not so good ones and bad ones. Nothing wrong with a nice mixed breed! Helps if you can figure out at least one of the breeds involved because you will have a better idea of temperament, energy level, and size!
Warning, long ramble ahead.:danger:

I had a friend who bred and showed rottweilers, mostly because she fell in love with the breed. She also trained and showed some of them in obedience trials. She always went for health and good temperament, and was very fussy about who she let buy pups from her. That's when I fell in love with them.

Funny story - this was back in the 80s, and her personal style was far out on the edges, with goth clothes, extra piercing, tattoos and pink hair way ahead of them becoming popular . Except for show weekends, when she rinsed her hair back to brown, and put on nice sweaters and tweed skirts. :D

So, to get back to the point, I didn't have dogs for years, both because I prefer dogs that you don't have to bend over to pet, and was living in cities, and because Jim didn't like dogs. Then we moved to the country, and the first winter the deer ate $200 of new fruit trees to the ground. At the same time during one of his attempts to get sober Jim said if he started to drink again I could have a dog.

So we ended up with an older dog my daughter found for us, part Chow and part something large. When her owner died she was taken in by the woman's son, but they had young kids and she didn't like the kids and got snappish. We renamed her Chewbacca since she was very large and furry, and she had a grand time barking at deer and scaring them off. Then she got old and retired from her job in favor of lying in patches of sun, or by the fire. So I was sitting at our vet's one day waiting while a cat got spayed, and since I was still smoking then I was spending some time out in the parking lot. Our vet acted as the shelter and adoption office for three sparsely populated counties, and there was an obviously part Rottweiler (our guess is with German Shepherd) in a kennel out there, that somehow ended up coming home with me.

His name was Loki, and he's still with me, even though I'm in town now.

Just a quick drive-thru to say to forget any of my early feeble attempts at assisting y'all wid Kodi.

Da quickest way to get set up within Kodi is to use 'builds'! Go to YouTube and search fer 'Kodi builds'. Dere are dozens of builds dere.

Dis streaming thang is amazin'! Currently I'm testing a 'Wookie' build. My Amazon Fire TV Stick is arriving tomorrow. It looks like I'll be savin' at least $95 a month 'til I elim cable altogether (bride dependent, of course).

Oh BTW, and I did get da NordVPN program ($4/mo fer da first year) fer dose PPV moments...

I've got one like that from VVV, I load it only when I'm close to having to rebuild anyway :)

This thing looks really interesting. You can add it to your Roku 3 but not sure how that works. I'll have to watch the video later when I can pay attention. I was also watching one called KODI 2016 and he showed you the long way and the shortcut for adding addons to it but Ginny was yakkin in one ear. One thing I'm wondering @garyoa1 would it work as well from a Roku player as it would your computer or a box that was set up for it. Not sure if the Roku has the hardware for it to work well or not. Still don't understand it but I at least have an overview of it. Really interesting.
