@Janet H and anyone else who is interested here is the list of the most common foods and plants poisonous to pets. I posted it in PDF so you can download it and save it to your computer and/or print it.
Wow! That is some comprehensive list with items I would have never thought to be toxic, i.e., aloe vera!

Thanks for posting!

... aloe vera!

Besides Patty being hyper-hyper allergic to any peanut product, she is also somewhat sensitive to aloe vera. For her pre-colonoscopy preps, I had one hellava time finding 'baby wipes' without AV!
Yepper, she's a 'candy azz'... but she still married me!

Yeah that is right up my alley and price range. I probably couldn't even hold it with both hands. I had the perfect gun it was a Walther 380 PPKS. What a nice little gun. I'd like another of those. I bought it for seems like around $500 new. 25 or so years ago.

ahhh ... you like James Bond's carry.

when i was growing up ,, coffee came in bigger cans,, of which my pops would buy tiny guns at the police auction and put them in the cans. pops was a cop for a few years,, i remember being very little sitting at the front window early in the mornings waiting for him to come home from the night shift.--i hated the waiting and worrying

Yeah I loved that little gun I see they aren't so cheap nowdays but they have some others. It was great tho no kick slip it in your coat pocket 1 in the chamber and 6 in the clip if I remember right.

Pat,

Seriously, before you make your decision, please visit a reputable dealer/instructor prior to purchasing any concealed carry weapon!

I could possibly assist in your decision, but not here on da porch. Ergo, my above suggestion.

I'll just say dat I'm totally committed to da 2nd Amendment (sans da ol' militia interpretation) and will never buy a concealed carry permit. It may be an ol' cliche, but I'd much rather be judged by twelve vs. carried by six!

Wow, I knew a couple of those, but that's a lot! And chocolate wasn't even on the list, but it does say it's only a partial list. Would you assume that those same plants would apply to cats too?

I would love to have that Walther back. It was the perfect small gun. I see you can pick them up online also but not sure of the laws in this state for that kind of thing. I know we have a huge Cabellas just over the border in Idaho and they won't sell to a Washington resident.
