Mine took quite awhile to ship from. Don't know if that was intentional, if it was just a day or so off, or if the bank was refusing to release funds. Either way, they are on their way.

Also, if having issues with low resistances and 316L wire, keep a mech on hand (if your regulated mod doesn't want to fire it) and pulse it until the wire goes from shiny, to rainbow, to dull gray. That seems to help stabilize the 316L resistance as well. Granted, it still fluxuates, just not as fast, and not as serious. I went from 1.5 - 1.7. It stays nice and cozy at 1.6 - 1.7 now.

Now that I think of it, I had this very same issue with N-80 when I first started toying with it. Resistance would bottom out (.09 and lower) with a decent amount of wraps on any device and in any atomizer. So I pulse fired it on a mech to get it "broke in" before I put it on a regulated mod that refused to fire it.

@Kenna - I also have bad news! It's not bad, its terrible! I ... must finally retire my Kayfun Lite+ ... I know, different topic altogether, but still, very sad for me.

Final Verdict:

The KF5 whips "Old Faithfuls" .... when it comes to flavor. Granted, a bit of a different configuration, one on an old Semovar - 1.5, 12 wraps, 1/8, 28AWG 316, and some rayon. And the other, on the DNA200. Same juice, just in POWER mode instead of TC mode. Got it set to Volts @ 3.7V - will hold regardless of the resistance change. It's a tighter draw on the KFL+ too, but the flavor ... sadly ... seems muted now. Which means the KF5 whips it and finally lays the old KFL+ to rest. Granted, the heat the KFL+ gives off is still top notch. But shes deprecated for sure. Event the Digiflavor Siren seems muted in comparison.

Retired - Kayfun Lite+ 4/19/2014 - 6/6/2017: Outlasted some of the other atty's in my arsenal. When I got tired of dripping, I always knew where to find you. You will join the box of other retired atty's.

B E-Liquids en route. 2 flavors, 4 bottles, 12mg / per: 2x Coconut Vanilla Yogurt - 2x Almond Cream Coffee.

"Pheel" - reminds me of Dimitris every time I hear it.
I like the K5 also, still use my KFL+v2's!

Yep have you ever seen the Pulse concert at Earls Court in London. There is a double DVD of it. It used to be on YT, the entire concert but they took it down because of copyright infringement, now you can just watch individual songs on YT from the concert. This one it was their last full live concert. Pink Floyd: P. U. L. S. E. Live at Earls Court (1994) - IMDb
I saw them play at the Orange Bowl in Miami on the Dark Side of the Moon Tour. Unbelievable.

That was with 1/4. Today she got a sliver.
Jup that's why I suggested a much lower dose if it's available, 1/2 or 1/4 of of a lower dose is more "accurate" (that's not the word I'm searching for, but it's in my head, just won't come out my fingers) than a sliver. But they may have started on the lowest dose available. If that's the case, sliver away! Glad it helps her. We gave Frankie one of the children's benedryl (as advised by the vet) last time we tried doing his nails. It worked for one paw pretty well, then his "freak out" overrode the benedryl.

You know Bob Ross blows my mind how easy he makes painting
I have always loved him! Love his voice and just watching him paint. So glad they still air his shows. Very sad that he died so young.

I got some sad news last week. Mackelton & Finnigan the Corgi's are moving to Missouri around the end of this month. I won't have another chance to sit with them since I'm already booked thru the first week in July. There is one week that includes a weekend that I could squeeze them into, but it would mean leaving one sitting, going to another, & then to a third without coming home myself. But if it meant sitting with the Corgi Bro's one more time I'd prolly do it! Imma miss those little boys!

Don't do the cloud yet. Well I have done photobucket once or twice for here, but beyond that - I like my two feet on solid ground...

Hey @bigbells have you tried that Q on TC yet. That board and the 350J both work excellent with SS316L. On those 2 models 350J and 450 a TCR of .00088 works great and they sample the temp 10 times faster then the 350 board. The 350 you seem to me to need just a little higher. I use .00090 on my M's. Still very good but the other 2 are better. They are smooth tho, You can't really tell they are using frequency modulation, what Busardo called it, a little different from PWM. Oh and also don't forget to set your atty resistance and compensate temp. I set mine to 21C. Don't forget to do that or you'll get a mouthful of burnt cotton.
