I don't know. I blank out commercials :)

A spasm? Are you ok?
I will be talking to my pain management doctor on my next monthly appointment.

Nah; you just need a sippy-cup for drinking. If you occasionally lose control of what you are drinking, that is no reason to quit drinking, any more than we would mistreat that larger portion of the population with the same problem: we just give them their drinks in unspillable containers. It's normal for the very young to occasionally drop their drinks; no shame that life has brought you to a similar situation.

You're not alone; try googling for [ adult sippy cup ]. You will be surprised by the number of choices.

EDIT: This one is not for you (unless I have seriously misread what kind of person you are), but when I saw it in the list on Amazon, I cracked up, and just had to share it:

Thanks, I hadn't thought about about an adult sippy-cup. I will be looking at sippy-cup while looking at laptops. When I was in the Navy, I had to use the plastic cups. I still had to chase the plastic
cups around my desk, but it beat the heck out of cleaning up a broken cup. Let alone wasting the vital caffeine.
I just hate giving up my ceramic cups.

How funny! They're just chilling out!
Chilling out was the caption my niece put on that picture. It is SO nice that Julie and Zel upload pictures to cloud storage, and that they don't go more than a few days without posting more. Here's another that was just posted today.

I hope everyone in the path of the hurricane that's scheduled to make landfall Thursday or Friday is preparing. 'Batten down the hatches' folks!

Crazy weather continues here... So many flash flood alerts this summer between the heat waves. I haven't seen so much rain since I left the Pacific NW.

Started raining here Saturday, and still going... with rain and thunderstorms forecast for the next 8 days straight! I may have to go by boat to do my shopping later this week...;)

It rains so much in the Pacific NW that if you have stuff you want to donate to charity, you call the Salvation Navy. Ba-da-bump.
LOL...Yep, that's the way it used to be. I think that may have ended.....much of the west has been having terrible droughts and fires because of it...;)

We are getting a lot, too. Spin off from the storms in the Gulf. Gordon was a slight concern for about a day, but the ones coming north from Yucatan suck up a lot of wwter crossing the Gulf to us. More is coming from the north, also.

Well we took the leg back and I have a sneaking suspicion that our doctors medical assistant, who we really like and get along with great, called them and reamed them a new one. She couldn't say she was sorry enough. So now she has the right size and she also has to wear it 24/7.

I hate having to go through all of the setup steps on a new laptop. I am taking a break right now. I need to do a better job of passwords. I think I said the same thing the last time I killed a laptop.
I type them into a document in Google Drive, which is now quite a few pages in length. As long as I can access my Google account, I can access my passwords. Recently, though, Google has been offering to make up and then save passwords... that works better. I don't write these passwords down because I don't even know what they are... they are hidden from view from the get-go.

I do know that you're not supposed to keep passwords on your computer... I saw no reasonable alternative.

I've keep my password file on my computer since the 'beginning of passwords'. Recently, I've been keeping a copy of that file on my iPhone also. On the iPhone the file is password protected in case I lose the phone, at least someone would have to crack that password before getting access to my master list of passwords. For some un-well-defined reason I don't like/resist storing it in some cloud service.

ALWAYS put your docs in a heavy duty zip lok bag(s), regardless where you store 'em during a storm!!!

Can't hit any of the canned response buttons on your post Iffy, no of 'em fit that ominous forecast.
