Ben & Jerry'sCalvin & Hobbs!
I love to sit in the garden. Relax, read, sip my sweet tea, then once in awhile wander around & find something that needs doing. Deadheading, finding that new weed & pulling it. I love a good garden!
Well don't know if we're going to get out of here today.

Unrelated: I used too much vinegar, proving that it is not impossible.

I think the most basic. I had given up on housekeeping there. Now I actually can control the dust and dirt without getting sick from trying to clean it up.
More opportunities to get exercise, although my left hip was bothering me last night from too much all at once. More room to work on quilting (a whole closet devoted to fabrics etc) and other activities. There I didn't have enough room to do much more than sit at the computer.
If I had to pay extra to talk with you blockheads, it would be a bargain at half the cost.
Oh no! I hate those days! I have fewer of them & not as hard as they could be, but still so hard handle.Well don't know if we're going to get out of here today. Ginny's RA and fasciitis is giving her grief today. She woke up feeling like crap, can't hardly walk. I figured it would be me.
Can you tether a tablet to your phone for internet?Repair person isn't coming until Thursday for my lightning-fried junction box. The thick and heavy cylindrical metal cover was blown completely off it by a lightning strike, and the gazillions of wires look pretty toasted.
I think I might go make a quad video, then head to an Internet cafe in town so that I can upload it to YouTube. I know there was such a cafe 6 years ago but don't know if it's still there, even though it was/is right next door to my insurance agent who I went to see less than two months ago.
Dave notices everything, said no one ever.

I am so terribly sorry to hear of the loss of Gabriel. Fervent prayers are being sent for you and hubby, and for the rest of Gabriel's family.
I've always loved this:

Kaez...that brought tears to my eyes.
Young as he was, his debts were paid, he'd made his amends, his soul had been saved and he was ready. Milt, the guy he went to church with every Sunday, stopped by. He's having a tough time, but said Gabe had gotten Baptized last Sunday and the Lord decided to take him before he had a chance to screw it up cause he needed him. He hadn't told us about that. Yes, it's personal, and we learned through a third party. Not our peace. Gabriel's peace.

Don't know whether my twist of phrase was unacknowledged or whether it was unnoticed. Because I love y'all, I said "a bargain at half the price", not "a bargain at twice the price."
Wow....he's got a lot going on! kewlOh, and my brother's books are all available on Amazon for $2.99 each (Kindle). Search author MichaelOlive, The Angel of Death series, starting with "The Angel of Death and the Demon" and The Death Whisperer series, starting with "The Death Whisperer".
Thing is, he has a PhD in microbiology, eight patents, and numerous professional publications on microbiology and genetics. He also was a professional bass guitarist, writes a blog on guitarists (that's where I have found some of the best guitar music DMichaelOlive) and a self confessed science, art, music and wine geek. That's my Big Brother!!! (and my only blood sibling, poor guy).
((((((((Susan)))))) as heartbreaking as it is, this just keeps getting more and more amazing! So glad you shared that, and that Milt shared it with y'allYoung as he was, his debts were paid, he'd made his amends, his soul had been saved and he was ready.
