Depending on how far back you're talking, I'd absolutely believe that. I mean between him, Obama, and Clinton? It's no surprise at all that Bush had the higher I.Q.

What is "the Deeming"? They are deciding whether or not to treat vaping devices and eliquid like tobacco....for taxing purposes? Or are they trying to make it illegal altogether?

Not illegal but "regulated as a tobacco product" by the F.D.A. So yes, it's about the MONEY and little if anything else.
I saw a bottom screen "ticker tape" this morning showing California has passed "restrictions" on "e-cigs" & vaping. Gov. Brown signed into law restricting vaping in public places, raised the age of purchase from 18 to 21 (military exempt, not sure why?) and Sen. Hernandez immediately chimed in with, "This legislation will save thousands of lives and reduce the burden on the health system." (Not sure what world he's living in!)

So she called up and booked a bus ticket from where she is to Perth that was leaving 8am saturday.
Sadly she got a call from her dads sister that he passed away 2am saturday.
She still came up here on saturday and left today thursday.
She went and saw his body at the hospital on Tuesday and got some of his hair. She wants to put it or make some jewellery from it.

I slept till noon today, I was somewhat in shock from my doctors prognosis, I think.
However, it brings some inspiration as well. I am going to create a subtropic lush inspirational retreat in my own backyard, a very comfortable, well stocked studio, sitting area on that big back porch, and get started on all those artwork ideas that rattle around in my brain. Maybe take my kids to some lovely spot for some time to enjoy each other's company and spend as much time laughing as I can. That's the plan.
I had a job that was 55 hours a week, barely had time o catch up on laundry, get to the grocery, etc. it's an impossible existence. No down time. Burns you out.

You haven't said, and I"m not tryin to pry, but this sounds more concerning. I hope it was just less than you'd hoped for, and not something catastrophic! I love the idea of a tropical oasis in the back yard. And of course spending time with your kids.

She can ask her Dr for a referal to a place they can come.

I think it would be more usefull to have a class on the order of "economic and historical cycles and their effects" that must be passed before one can vote.
I also think the prez should have a historian as his top advisor.
