We were thinking maybe a Toyota Land Cruiser to pull it.

Not a bad idea at all! Any more, dose 'utility' vehicles are luxury rides.

... and if we deserve it, divine forces will help.

Sorry Russ, 'salvation' (if you believe in such) doesn't work dat way. Have yet to know of anyone that 'worked'/earned their way to salvation. I know I didn't/can't! That's the beauty with Love of salvation, it's backazzwards to our human thinking. It's a gift, not a reward!

Ok. Black cloud survives.

So here I sit...

... posting on da porches!

Backing up is a little trickier but with a trailer that long it's easier, especially if you have a guide that knows where to stand so you can see them!

Don't ever ferget ya got an extension (aka trailer) back yonder! And yes, it does get more relaxing once ya got sum time behind da wheel.

A lil' hint on backin' a trailer: put your hand on da bottom of da steerin' wheel and turn in da direction ya want da trailer to go. Go slow and don't over steer!

BTW, being a ramp rat down at my local boat (aka Break Out Another Thousand) ramp/office, we are constantly entertained wid da Sea Doo short trailers!

VV is so correct, longer trailers handle better... <What, honey? Oh, just a lil' discussion 'bout my years as a shortstop><Yes dear, supper comin' right up...>

............You know darn well that I'M not going to hit the like button on that post....I've nagged and nagged....explained how important it is to take the Metformin properly....twice a day....over and over... and why you have to do that. Divide those glucose tablets in half....put half in your bedroom and half at your desk....and with three cell phones....get that darned app that has a reminder to take pills at a set time and put it on them !!!! You're not always in the HO where someone can get you help and you've had times you aren't capable of calling anyone, including your daughter!! You silly man....while you don't seem to care what happens to you....there are a lot of others who do, and you're not only hurting yourself, but those who care about you....

this confirms my original terror in posting that...

i'll figure it out sooner or later

i promise :)

He has more than one of those with the dividers......I've tried to get him to use them....to no avail.......
i used to use those.

but, of course, i'd often forget to take them on any given day

and then i'd be stuck trying to think if Tuesday really meant Monday, or whatever for the rest of the week

but, yeh, a phone app might fix that...

... biatch :)

......Your other meds only need to be taken once a day, but even if you just put two of the Metformin in each little box.....doesn't matter what day of the week it is, if you take one when you get up, a quick look will show that there's one left to take before bedtime....couldn't be easier....but....please get the app as well....

from one of your favorite biatches....:)

welp...

to be perfectly honest, i had another "incident" a week or two ago that i haven't mentioned, since i managed to save the day by grabbing some of your glucose tablets.

i *think* i've only been taking 1 (one) Metformin since then. at least, intentionally

i should be due for a quarterly checkup, which will include an A1C. hopefully, it will be in range.

besides forgetting to eat occasionally, i've INTENTIONALLY cut down my (crap) food intake, so hopefully it works out.

and my daughter has decided to biatch me to take daily blood stick tests. not sure how much longer i can hold out...

ETA: in other words, i hope i'm helping to control the diabetes via diet

I'm glad your daughter is getting after you as well.....and I've already told you....one a day is not enough....you don't want a high blood sugar spike anymore than a low blood sugar reading. Diet is a big part of it...you know that, but....so is taking the meds properly to keep things on a more even level. Give that daughter a big hug from me....not necessary to tell her why....she'll like getting an extra hug..... :)

C'mon guyz. Them pill "trayz" are a royal PITA. It's simple. Take one in the mornin... turn the pill boddle upside down. Gotta take 2 a day? Lay the boddle on it's side after the first one. Take more than one kind? In da mornin' turn em all back upright to start da new day.
