Off to bed. Might see some of you in the morning before we get moved. If not, hope to find you quickly on the new one. Actually this is kind of interesting to see how this happens - as long as it happens easily.

Matt, your kitchen is looking great! And now that the place is going to look great - you're going to move! It's a shame you won't get to enjoy it, but you'll be off to a new adventure. When you move in to your new place remember this and make the changes you envision right away. Those ideas tend to get put on a back burner and never happen until you decide to move. Enjoy them now!

Love you everyone!
That is exactly the plan for the new place. Love you to girl. I sent you a PM while back. Hope you got it.

So what kind of cool super-duty power tool do you use to put them up. A nail gun? A cartridge fed screw gun? A self-feeding glue gun? [emoji23]
3/8 x 5/16 notched trowel and a grout float to wack em into the glue (mastic) real good. They're in sheets so it goes pretty quick.

No a forum within ECF and I really don't know anything about it, except that Robino mentioned it could be done for groups. I assume sorta like the supplier forums. I reckin we'd have a couple someones that would be moderators of it, and they might have long standing edit power which could be helpful, but I'm only guessing on that. Just wanted to see if it had been looked into already before I asked them about it after the move.

Aha! I think you're talking about the "Social Groups". I just now spent some time looking at them. Just my opinion: if people have trouble finding us now, they'd REALLY have trouble finding us if we went there. Very little activity going on in the entire category.

Night Deb, hopefully see you in the hangout. I wish I could figure out how to make it alert me if someone is there. I posted a basic check in schedule earlier. If not there, I will be eagerly awaiting the board coming back up.

Nite hun, hope you sleep well again, and hope Mike sleeps better! I have just kept it open in a tab while I do other things, and it does make a noise when someone comes in, but don't know how that relates to a phone or tablet.

yeah, dunno if that's the same or not bells.

Yea, sandman hasn't gotten me yet either.

We flipped houses for several years before the real estate bust. Did the work ourselves. Having installed lots of tile, yes , pretty easy. Hardest part is matching the sheets (they make spacers to help with that and a good string line to guide - not difficult). Then picking the right grout.. Gosh, I kinda miss that work.

Just got home and wanted to come in really quick to wish all of us a successful switch to Zen Foro!

See you all on the other side and hopefully will see a few of you in the interim.

Love you all!

Jup, hope I can catch some vid chats, but I'm currently on a really bad sleep schedule for that. Been goin to bed somewhere between 9 am and noon and getting up in the evening. Usually try to stay offline a few hours before I go to bed, otherwise I won't get in tired mode.

Well, doggoneit, can't lurk when no ones going to be writing ... I'll be watching for ya on the other side :p

See, that's why ya need to talk, so we can talk back!!

Nice thing these days is they suggest a grout to match and actually have several photos to show what different ones look like. I purchased the correct spacers and have several really good levels so I should be ok. It's not my first rodeo either but, it's been quite a while.
