Hoping to move permanently around July 4th or thereabouts. The house is AL out done and next is the motorhome. I have a plan to get rid of it (yes it's legal! So Matt, when are you heading back south again - approximately...
And you still have it? We die from laughing at those styles that used to be so cool. Reminds me of the mod Squad!oh my - we dropped the fish talk for vintage suits. OK, I'll fess up too, I didn't have a lime green or yellow leisure suit but I did have a blue swede similar to this one.

I think they call that "flipping" but at the speed we do it it might actually be "slowly rolling it over."No, I renovated one house to move into and now renovating the one I am moving out of. This has been ongoing for awhile - that is why I am always talking about projects around the house.

Almost my plan exactly. Moving into the MIL house and then looking for our final landing spot. Going to rebuild or build (depending if it's a vacant lot or a foreclosure house) the final house then fix up and sell the MIL house. If I can do it I that order. If Medicaid comes through then we can live at mom's place u til ours is done. If we don't get her on Medicaid soon then Doree and I will have to buy Mom's house so the estate can afford to keep her in the home until they do. In that case I'm not sure we will be able to afford to buy a second house for us to remodel and retire into and will end up living in mom's townhouse possibly forever. No, we are downsizing. Have not got to our final retirement place yet - that will be a couple more years down the road - one step at a time - one step at a time...
