Glad you stopped in kari!! sounds like you have a good enough excuse for not bothering with use here lately. hope you enjoy your vacation from all those vacations!

Scherenschnitte was just spelled correctly.
Nice to meet Ya! and Congrats on the grandbaby! Can't wait for mine to retire so we can get in a bit of travel. (If we can afford it by then!!!)-------> Well I am going to pop in here too and say Hi to everyone. Been reading and trying to keep up - but I guess I am not too good at getting in here to chat.
Have to say welcome to all the new folks that have arrived since I was last here and it has been great to see Debadoo and Yiddle both back since I posted last. So since I have missed so much - I will just jump in with some comments from todays posts......
Amoret, I am also very sorry to hear about your ankle and I sure do hope you find a way get some stealth vaping in. At the very least I hope you mend soon so you can just get out of there.
Legs, hope all goes well with your appointment tomorrow.
Clnire: That does not sound like much fun, glad you got it looked at and I hope it heals fast.
Life has been keeping me busy and we have done a lot of traveling since my husband retired. We did a 15 day cruise to Hawaii in December that was so very relaxing. Then we spent Feb in Phoenix and got some warm weather relaxing and golfing in. Just got back from a week in Las Vegas and got to see Neil Diamond again. So with the weather getting nice now I think we can stay home for a while.
If I remember correctly I think there are a few new grandbabies on the way - we also have another granddaughter due to arrive at the end of Sept. She will be the 4th granddaughter and our only grandson gets to keep his spot as the 1 and only.
This newest arrival is our daughters first - so pretty exciting for them.
Anyway - enough for now. I will try to visit more often. Just figured I needed to do my part in getting the 15 millionth post in.
Welcome home!Honey's, I'm HOME!!!!
kariM, welcome back! It sounds like you've been having a great time! But, it's about time you finally came home!-------> Well I am going to pop in here too and say Hi to everyone. Been reading and trying to keep up - but I guess I am not too good at getting in here to chat.
Remember that VG/PG can also be used in skin moisturizers. With vaping, you might be getting TOO much. Have you thought about a DIY skin test? Check out this panicky thread. Seeking advice re allergies | E-Cigarette ForumQuestion folk with sensitive skin might be able to address. Mine is ultra sensitive. Did not have any trouble vaping pre-mixed pg/vg in 70/30 with 18 mg nic. Made first DIY with new 99% pure 100mg/ml nic from Wizard. Crystal clear, no smell, slight taste. After vaping a good vape all day, by night my face was stinging... No ENT problems. Just skin on face.
Well tomorrow is my big day. My yearly echo. I am hopeful as well as apprehensive. This Aortic Valve Replacement didn't go well from the start and I don't think they know where they will go from here if something needs to be done. Like I told my wife I haven't really felt great since the surgery almost 3 years ago. Well will know more tomorrow because they give me the echo and the doc reads it right away and gives me the results after so will let you know.

I'd consider insufficient hydration as a possibility. If you've doubled your H2O intake since you started vaping, try tripling or quadrupling it.Question folk with sensitive skin might be able to address. Mine is ultra sensitive. After vaping a good vape all day, by night my face was stinging. I tried a cool cloth, with no relief. No ENT problems. Just skin on face. I use Este Lauder morning moisturizer. At night, good old-fashioned Ponds cold cream, followed by moisturizer...My skin is seldom dry. Any thoughts? All I did different was bump the nic up to 20 mgs.![]()
I'm drinking 3 liters of water a day plus. I feel well hydrated and pee just fine. It's just the skin on my face. I bumped the nic up to twenty and thought about dropping it back down to see. I'm mixing today.I'd consider insufficient hydration as a possibility. If you've doubled your H2O intake since you started vaping, try tripling or quadrupling it.
One other possibility could be a skin allergy to a flavor - for me that would be more likely than the nicotine. I have a lot of contact allergies to things.I'm drinking 3 liters of water a day plus. I wanna change my previously given answer. My new answer is: yeah! What she said! One other possibility could be a skin allergy to a flavor - for me that would be more likely than the nicotine. I have a lot of contact allergies to things.
Deb, send me a link to the hangout again please. New phone and I lost it. Not sure how to bookmark it in the actual Hangouts app. Thanks. (Is anyone there?)I wanna change my previously given answer. My new answer is: yeah! What she said!
20 seems a little high to me unless you are still getting major ciggy cravings on a regular basis. I tend to chain vape and mix mine at 12mg all the time. It need a little more nic due to stress eat. I just hit it a little more often.I'm drinking 3 liters of water a day plus. I feel well hydrated and pee just fine. It's just the skin on my face. Thanky Much!
The nic is 100% pg by request and the calculator adjusts for that. I'm just thinking the purity of the nic at 99% might be different from what the vendors used in their pre-mixed bottles I purchased. Can't see that going from 18 to 20 would do that, Peaches, but who knows??
Did you change the PG/VG ratio as well? The nic you got will be mixed in something (I order mine in PG), and if not all either PG or VG, can throw off the ratio if/when you space out...
