Up early this morning cause I fell asleep rather early last night.

Did a quick scan of some posts and see that Janet & Mike have their kitchen torn apart in anticipation of a grand new one.

Matt, you're getting done, little by little......did you ever get the lawn problem squared away.

Oh yes, Iffy, an orange creamsicle sunset sounds glorious, but I can go for the popsicle even as I type this.

Kari sounds like a wonderful evening.......music soothes the soul, eh?! :)

Deb, that caption of that hunk is hilarious!

Simply can't remember anything else right now, so forgive me for the brevity.

Not in my house he aint.........that would skeer the crap outta him and everyone else!!! lol
Deb, you always have a way of making me laugh till I spit water out my nose.

Good morning everybody. Three weeks tobacco free and I've lost seven pounds! Drinking flavored unsweetened sparkling water instead of diet Cokes and cut my caffeine back to less than two cups of coffee a day. Salads for lunch with watermelon, raisens, pineapple, spinach, mixed greens, cherries, apple and walnuts...tasting so scrumptious and juicy. I'm feeling pretty good.

Family issues with my late father's estate and estranged sisters coming out of the woodwork to cause more grief for my dad's wife have me heartbroken. Writing her nasty letters and have never met her in the thirty years they were married. Angry at me for reconciling with him many years ago. Lies, lies, lies and spewing hate. Bragging about all their accomplishments without him. My dad's wife is such a lovely person and led my father back to the Church, so the last forty years of his life spent with her were glorious ones. Some people!!!

Doggie Captain, the pug, is ten years old, moping around and kinda staggering or limping. Taking him to the vet this morning to see what's going on. Just not his bright and chipper self.

Hoping your day is a good one and you all who are industrious and planning and building have much success. Can't wait for pics.

@seapeach , I hope the dog is ok. Sorry to hear about the problems your stepmom is having with the gray sheep of the family.
Thanks Ken.
Grey sheep. Hahaha! People are just too weird. Not around for more than 30 years and now have so much to say.

Vet did senior blood work and gave him rimadyl for seven days to help with joint pain until we can figure out what's going on with him. He's more than ten years old, and pugs only live ten to fifteen. Little old man.
Thank you for your interest and support.

I'm feeling pretty good.

Fantastic news! I'm still amazed with the difference in my 'well being' since I quit 'bakky.

Seen this all too often! Truly tragic...

Just not his bright and chipper self.

Hope CD responds well to the treatment!

Does anyone have a list of all the winners of the 15mil contest. I am not willing to wade through 66 pages to find out. I am really p'd about the USPS my first package left PA 6 days ago and the second went to MA and thats all the further it got. I wonder who the f is minding the store. They were 4 days coming from Germany and clearing customs then the USPS got their hands on them an poof they are gone.

G'afternoon, Porchers!

Seems like everyone is busy doing something constructive, and actually, I am, too, but taking a break before my back does.

Update on my friend Nancy: Her hand surgery went well yesterday, but in the last two days her foot has gotten a lot worse!

Seems as though the antibiotics are just not enough so a 2nd surgery is planned!

We're on pins and needles and until the infection is gone, we won't rest easy...

This cat has been in that household for years, and this is the first (and last) time this has happened.
Everyone is puzzled by her behavior, because she literally lunged at Nancy's foot and when Nancy tried to swish her away, that's when the cat got her hand. They're guessing it was an acute seizure!

He's napping, as usual. I'll see how he ambles when he wakes up. Thx.

Thanks, Iffy. I can't get over how good I feel, and others are noticing it, also. There are some people fifty years old or more who still have a lot of growing up to do.

Seapeach, here's wishing that your doggie gets to be OK.......
Families can have the strangest members!
Good afternoon, Gracie! Glad you popped in. Hope it all goes well for your friend. Cat's can be so bizarre.
And I have to simply look at it like that. Family members who have never been around, seem to make the most trouble when someone passes. Trying to resolve their own stuff. My stuff is just fine. And that's how I have to let it rest. Nobody is responding to them and I think that's a swell approach to take.

Obviously nobody is minding the store. Sorry to say it's been that way for years. Monopoly for years and still losing money. Prime example of government in action. (Sorry Bells)

Gracie, hope your friend gets well soon. That is not easy to deal with.

Sea hope Captain feels better. It is so hard when pets get old. You want them as long as you can have them and as comfortable as possible.

Family situations like yours have to be stressful. People who are nonexistent until they want something. Sounds like you have your priorities straight.

Glad you are feeling the the best part of quitting analogs - better health!
