Can't think of better news to come home to!
((((((Sushi)))))))) so glad you're home!!! Can't wait to hear all about it when you get rested up. Pic of the church windows was gorgeous!

Steak & Shake for lunch.
used to love steak and shake when I was a kid visiting in Indiana. Don't have em round here

Season finale of CSI Cyber. Hooked on TV tonight. Leave on business tomorrow.
I've got a couple of em dvr'd to watch, but later you'll have to tell me if anything specific happened. Not sure how I feel about this show. They started off pretty bad, but seemed to be getting a bit better. But I cancelled this one to record an NCIS
I think the number of instances is probably up, but the percentage per 100 (or pick a number) is probably the same.
I could be wrong, but I think there is a lot more of it now even per capita, but who knows.

My neck & shoulders are really hurting today.
sorry you're in so much pain hun. with all the rain we've been having, my shoulder and arm has been horrible lately too. Hope it gets better soon! (for both of us)

I'm in the hangout if anyone is up and wants to join in

Sushi, I'm glad you're back and it's great that you enjoyed yourself.

Kenna, I hope you feel better soon.

Here I sit at 2:37 in the morning, catching up here and doing laundry. I drove my tailbone off today. I had to go up the bayou about 40 miles to pick up VIP headsets for the VIP visitors they will be having today. That was 80 miles round trip. Then I got to drive the 170 miles back home. The good thing was, we got to leave early!!!!! I was home right around midnight.

And my little animals have lost their sanity!!

Good morning, Fran and everybody!

It is not like me to join in the flurries of "good mornings" and "good nights" that occur here with alarming regularity. But dang it, I now join in once in a while. So silly! Please tell me that the affliction is only temporary, lol.

Also, it gave me an excuse to stop the productive housekeeping I was doing for, egad, about 60 minutes. Usually, my back becomes too sore after about half an hour of standing and/or moving around, but that didn't happen this morning, so I needed to find some other excuse to stop being productive.

When I first started composing this message, ECF suddenly went down for about 15 minutes but is now back up. I'm watching the movie "Paul". I've seen the last half of it before but never saw it from the beginning.

My mind continues to be blown by quality of the experience and the pleasure of meeting in "real time" my fellow participants in Deb's Hangout. Just plain amazing.

Yea, enjoyed our chat last night. I do not know if anyone came on later, but me and Bells closed it down last night around 11pm... Early for some of you...

Good morning, all! (Bells, I just couldn't resist :)). It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood.

Fran, I so like seeing your Good Morning posts. Such a cheerful way to start the day!

Sushi, welcome home!

Kenna and Debadoodles, what's up with the back/neck/shoulders?! I hope today brings improvement!

Roto, our little guys haven't much sanity to lose! But, what's up with yours?

I don't do it either, but it is nice to see! Good morning, all.

I do it 2x a day in an 8ox glass, with 2 tbsps of vinegar, (Braggs), & a 1/2 tbsp on honey in warm water so the honey will dissolve, & add ice. I might drop in a sliced strawberry, or some lemon juice which is also very good over ice. Drink it down. If you do it warm, in a mug, nuke it for a few seconds after the mix is together & sip it warm. I'm used to it, so you might start with 1 tbsp of vinegar & less honey til you get used to the taste. You'll definately notice results in 2-3 weeks fi not sooner. Just be faithful with it 2 x a day. It really helps your digestive system & reflux, so food absorbs better. It cleans out all the bad bacteria. & helps normalize your digestive system. I'm used to it now, & can add strawberries & leemon, or lemon & ground fresh ginger, which makes a nice all day drink to just sip on like tea or lemonade. You might add yogurt to replace the bad bacteria that is leaving with the good stuff that stays. Doesn't have to be Activia, just a good yogurt wih live cultures. It's wonderful stuff! I have diverticulitis & it's helped with that too.

Thanks Kenna. I thought it was you who knew the proportions of ingredients for this. I've read elsewhere about the benefits of ACV. I thought the "Mother" part of the description was just part of the name of the brand, but it turns out it's the wispy stuff that's in it that makes it turn into vinegar. Mike got some when he was out yesterday, but it's not Braggs. It's certified organic, unfiltered and unpasteurized so I guess it's the same thing.

Mike's grandmother told him that her mother used to give everybody a "Spring Tonic" every year. It was kerosene taken from a jar with a rusted nail in it!!!! And they lived!! What on earth made them think that was a good thing?

I've heard about that kerosene rusty nail, and I think I'll stay with my vinegar and honey, thank you!

As long as it has the mother, should be fine. I like to shake the bottle a bit before pouring, to mix it in.

Hello and good morning everybody. I've been on the front porch trying to get set up for the prior couple of days. The guys and gals there have been awesome and this old hippie hasn't wanted an analog all day. I thought about it when I saw the pack this morning, but talked myself into giving the vaping another chance. My first try last night was awful. Worked hard at getting the right settings. I went shopping this morning and got me some flavors that had some vg and now I'm good to go. :D I'm a semi-retired nurse and a writer with one book published, and two novels completed. I'm at the computer probably 16 hours a day.:matrix: At least, when I'm not running grandkids around. I've never been a forum member before so bear with me while I learn. I have a wordpress blog, but it's a totally different editor. Happy to be here!

Welcome seapeach! You'll fit right in around here...we have several hippies and always glad to have another! Some folks quit the analogs right away after they started vaping, some of us took a bit longer. Hang in there and let us know how we can help! Don't be shy, make yourself at home :thumb:

Shew I just had another afib thingy. All better now but wow I don't know how some people live with it all the time. Feels like your heart is going to pop out of your chest. Anyway like I say all better again. So hows everyone this AM. Well The Grandaughter that we raised and her hubby are coming next Saturday on Memorial day weekend. Should be good to see them. We have never spent much time with him cause he is in the USAF. He was stationed in Germany when they got married and got to meet him Now in El Paso. They are flying up for 3 days. They will get to visit all her old friends. Wished she lived closer but not likely for a long time he is going to re-up next year. Loves his job. This afib leaves you just like my mood shows afterwards. It is sort of like running a mile without ever leaving your chair.

Glad to see you vaping happily! You have this avid reader curious - may I ask about your books and blog?

Welcome to the porches Ms. Peach. Glad to have you here. Pull up a rocker and make yourself comfortable. You have come to the right place for support. As you probably already know, the front porch is for vaping stuff pretty much exclusively (notice I said "pretty much") and the back porch is for everything else. Although we'll pretty much talk about vaping anywhere. Make yourself at home and tell us a little more about yourself?
