old tires wrapped in burlap

I think I bought that flavour at a local B&M once. Wasn't a fan.;)

Shoulda got the white wall flavor...

She says I need to fill out this form! (Or what?)

Iirc, it's the difference between canceling for another company, or "lapsed" insurance. Lapsed can come back to bite you. File the form so it's YOU that cancels, not them.

I call social security to get my check direct deposit.

Try their website? Maybe you can do it there?

Or/and try this site gethuman.com to see if there's a number (or key sequence) to get straight through to a human. Works well for many companies, although I've not checked SSA.

Excellent, money $aver also!

Our little generator kicked the bucket recently...

Also get a DC/DC USB charging cord for your batts to charge in your vehicle(s).

Hope you're not in Matthew's path... This storm could be a doozie!

so much to take in since I was here last. Sorry, my email wasn't notifying of responses. I felt quite rude at how much I missed. What are diketones? I just placed an order at Mt baker, for 160 us +$, which is over 200$ au for 16 30 mil bottles of pre made. Have not ventured into making my own juice or coils. But did find a site with pre mixed Nic/pg/vg unflavoured, to which I could add flavors. It would save a fair bit. And wouldn't have me counting drops. I'm down from 24 to 6 nicotine and not really inhaling. My lungs are pretty well screwed, excuse my French . But which brand flavouring? The watermelon is the trickiest. Don't care for the candied ones.
Not finding it hard to get supplies, just saw Australian nicotine available by prescription. Not going that route yet. Trying to keep it simple. Do like sub ohm for throat hit. Only mods I'll buy now will have replaceable, rechargeable batteries. But it's all become manageable, and ciggie free, thanks to the kind guidance of people on here.
Summer is on its way. First walk to the beach yesterday. Well, meandered is more like it. Got a bit puffed, but well worth it. Best brand of watermelon closest to the real thing?

Welcome home!

Diketones are an additive to a few flavorings and juices. Most makers now list their presence. If inhaled in massive quantities (which may or may not apply to any individual vaper - just don't go to work in a microwave popcorn factory!) they may or may not increase the chances of "popcorn lung", a nasty condition.

Both nic and PG increase TH, so if you want to reduce your juice consumption (volume) by stepping away from sub-ohm, that's a possibility :)

I find TFA Watermelon pretty tasty, but tastes vary - some even like tire and burlap!

It's odd what you can discover you like. I recently found I'm a fan of peppermint. Not as an all-day vape, but it's a terrific palate cleanser. My absolute favorite is French Vanilla Creme (mixed at about 10 percent), and when it starts to loses its taste a bit, I switch over to a 5-6 percent peppermint. After a few hits, I go back to the French Vanilla Creme and vape on.

ETA: I also like the TFA watermelon as a refreshing vape at about 5 percent.

My sil was a UP engineer, had a heart attack & pace maker installed. After 18 years with the RR he no longer exists as far as the RR is concerned.
Yep that's the new RR. When you hired out in the early 70's we had agreements to protect us the RR made sure they didn't make that mistake again. I'm glad I don't work there now. It sucks.

I have dual batt mods that are capable of 110 watts. I never use 110. I'm always about 13 - 15, depending on the juice. I use +/- 1.3 ohm coils. I also have 30 & 40 watt single batt mods & I still don't use all those available watts. Same coils & watts, but the dual batt mods last days longer than the singles.
I know what you mean Kenna I have 2-200w 1-133w 9-75w one of them is a dual battery and I still vape along with it set to a max of 25 and with the way the DNA works it adjusts itself down to about 12w to hold temp. But I get great battery life.

I am usually at 15-17 watts with a 1.5 or so ohms. But I do find that my Nautilus X works better at 25 watts. But it's only used 1/3 of the time.

As for the diketones (sp?), I'm not at the point of worry yet since my juices are rotated. Maybe I should read up on it. Does that go for juice used at low watt and high watt?

Been considering reducing my ml/day and flavoring.....That, coupling with reducing flavoring should help.
AACK!!! Just got a letter from my landlord. Begins with "Due to the increased risk of fire, and the known health effects of secondhand tobacco smoke....." Includes electronic cigarettes, pipes or vaporizers. So I have to get my data together, but I have it all covered. Need to write it all up, and send it in by Thursday. Board meeting on the 12th. Will head downtown to show the letter to the vapeshop owner for more suggestions.

Please, let me know if there is anything that I can do to help, okay?:wub::wub:

Sorry, I wouldn't tell them I vaped in my place.

Not saying to blow huge clouds all day, but if I can chain vape in a Westin and the maid can't tell an hour later, or in a rental car 5 min before I drop it off, I wouldn't expect a landlord to know.

Vaping isn't smoking is my excuse.

Dunno of anyone who sez second hand vape is a danger. However... fire? Only if a batt explodes. On da udder hand, that meenz no cell phones, no laptops, no flashlights and even... no smoke detectors.

Us over 60's don't generally go for multi-battery, over 15w mechanicals, either. We are not adventurous.

And there are a few here who should be banned from cooking.

They don't know nothing about environmental toxins unless they stay a few nights where I used to live.

I am going to take the low road on this. Reading deep into the letter and policy statement, "tobacco product" is used, almost an invitation for someone to refute that, since their purpose is secondhand smoke and danger of fire, which are not relevant. I need to do my research and presentation, and convert a few angry smokers and narrow-minded folk, and get the board to sing my song.

I can write this tonight and print it at the library tomorrow, and take my copy to the vapeshop guy for last-minute suggestions, then back to the library for final copy.

I call social security to get my check direct deposit. They insist everyone do it, but I've been asking for a year now. So of course the robot puts me on hold-then tells me the average wait time is 40 minutes! Do people actually wait that long?
My hubby got both of us set up for direct deposit with SS. He says it was really easy. He went to mysocialsecurity.com, signed in to his account and set it up.

Hadn't realized I've been gone so long. I took a couple of weeks off of ECF, then had a couple of emergency projects at work, then Obduction came out, and I was concentrating on that.

I did perfect my peach tea using Capella flavors.
For 30 ml of eliquid:
1ml juicy peach
1/4 to 1/2 ml sweet tea, depending on how "strong" you like your tea.

Been considering reducing my ml/day and flavoring. Although I lost a significant amount of hearing last winter due to where I was living, I cannot eliminate vaping as a contributor. Stocking thread people are enthusiastic about $1.62 Replacement Acrylic Bell Cap for Kayfun Lite Five Pawns at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping which reduces capacity to 2.5 ml. That, coupling with reducing flavoring should help.

That looks similar to the ones I got, only mine don't have a built in mouth piece. I like them, it's nice that all you need is the bottom of the chimney. They do change the vape a bit, makes it a tad warmer. :)

These are the ones I got....

$1.69 Replacement Acrylic Bell Cap for Kayfun Mini RTA Atomizer at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping
