No idea... that's just how that doctor does nerve blocks. She'll never let him do another one, and she straight out told him that. At the time, neither of us knew anything about how the procedure was usually done. She got pretty angry when she found out later that most people get knocked out for those...

When the doctor is doing a nerve block - pretty much the patient has to tell them when they have it right. They only know the approximate area to try to set the block - they move it around inside (that is part of where the pain comes from) until they get it right.

He sounds like the surgeon I fired. Ivm about to get started on my back issue. Have no idea what kind of Dr I should ask about.
If you like your primary care doctor you could ask about any doctor he/she recommends as far as their bedside manner.

When we moved to FL we didnt have doctors, we needed to find a new primary. We went to Healthgrades Find a Doctor | Doctor Reviews | Hospital Ratings and checked several doctors in the area. We looked for good education, years experience and board certification. Also looked for teaching credentials. Of course all this stuff doesnt tell you how good their bedside manner is or isnt. But it's a good start and reference point.

In my working life I was front end manager at a veterinary clinic for almost 18 years. Based on my experience I found during my search for both a new primary and a dentist that the phone manners of the person at the front desk goes a long way in telling the personality of the physician for whom she works. A friendly, helpful, knowledgeable receptionist is a good sign. When I made my calls to make a first appt I asked everyone the same questions - do they take new patients, do they accept my insurance, how easy is it to get an appt at a moment's notice.

The one time I dismissed my gut instinct, after this one doctor's receptionist sounded rushed and like she wanted to hurry up and get off the phone, I eventually ended up firing that doctor.

You know I've been wondering about my cardiologist whether he is telling me the whole story so I requested a cd of my last echo and to my surprise they will mail it to me in 2 days. Now I can get a second opinion if I want without getting another echo. I'd go to the VA but not sure how good the guy is.

Well, nic IS a flavor. :)

In my case, oh so true! I've had several 'discussions' re mixin' test recipes with/without nic in da past.

Moi, I use nic in testing. Why go thru da effort to perfect a Nirvana non-nic recipe only to find out it's no longer within your 'sweet spot' after addin' nic?

Must ask, what is anyone's costliest recipe ingredient? Ummm...

That answers that question! I wondered why my samples and finished juices didn't taste exactly the same. I guess even 3mg makes a difference! (Prolly also to do with my imperfect measuring skills )

It does believe me. I can make the exact recipe without the 3mg and it is different.

You know what I can't really figure out what it would be. When you start figuring how much you use and try to figure the cost none of it is really expensive. Maybe the postage.

Without a doubt, the nic would be the priciest.

stuck in a squishy pod called my brain
i make all of my ejuice at 0 nic,, i vape most of the time at 0 nic,,,i do have my nebox set up as a 'nicbox'... i vape neat nic and sometimes throw some of my cookie recipe on top. my nic levels at 2-3mg,, not picky,, just whatever i measure out. something i have noticed lately is more flavor tasting ability.. when i started vaping i had 24mg with 25% flavorings. i am closer to 9% these days. i still mix up my 12-15% recipes and adjust down as needed. but new recipes are made at 9%

nic is for hopeful brain tolerance/health,, and it helps to keep the rest of the world alive around me. i think it helps a bit with 'getting the poop' out.

i am a flavor chaser with decent clouds. when i vape its like when i smoked,, i drift right off into deeper thoughts & a heck of a lot of tolerance for stuff that would otherwise annoy the heck out of me.

I would assume that if you make the identical recipe with 3mg and 18mg the taste would change drastically.

Maybe not drastic, but surely noticeable!

Without a doubt, the nicottom line would be the priciest.

Well no offense intended, but I doubt. My flavs are decimal points more costly than da nic I've purchased on $ale over time.

Definitely flavoring is the most expensive ingredient unless you are mixing at less than 2% flavoring strength.

Yeah but even with that it's only about $7 for 10ml and use it at 2% going to try 1.5 and if I mix flavors its like 1% of each so it's still cheap. Some need up to 3% but not many.

Perhaps a Physiatrist? They specialize in chronic pain management and rehabilitation.
I think this is going to need surgery to fix. I take anti inflamitories & pain meds for the RA but it's gone beyond that now.

Antenna TV is airing a comercial several times a day for 0-2 pure.
Just pop in a cartridge and you can quit smoking by vaping!
Just call the number and get a FREE device!!

Um... Yeah. Anyone else spot the scam?
It's disgusting.
