My cardiologist told me that since ecigarettes have about 10% of the formaldehyde in them that regular cigarettes have I should think about quitting those. I didn't want to argue with him or say I have too much money invested to quit I didn't. Plus I enjoy them.

Or How about Alaska. Been there - now that's cold. And then there's the snow and ice. Looks pretty in Christmas pictures but snow is a four-letter word for me. Truthfully, anything below 60 is cold in my book.
i grew up with snow and ice,, but now in southern Texas I call anything below 80* a blizzard and the warmer clothes come out. ---proud wimp :)

We had a cold snap last night, it got down to 70. Weather app says it's 78 now, but my cold feet & legs say the weather app is lying again.
I woke up in Alabama this morning,, 61*,, whined all the way to 74* :)

Okay, not weird. I so wanted to be weird. At least I'm in most excellent company. :) I did miss flicking ashes for the longest time. Odd thing to miss.

Almost 5 years since I put it in my desk drawer ... but I still miss flicking my Zippo. It was a life long companion.

I'm sorry to have gone AWOL, again, without warning. My brother and DH are in SC, and I'm chief cook, bottle washer, dog walker, and anything else that needs doing. They leave on Sunday (I'm here for another week), so I'll be more attentive, next week. Meanwhile, it's wonderful to be with my two favorite guys in the world!

Geez ... Janet and I were in Aiken, SC this week. Just got home last night.

I crashed and burned before ever getting up there. The last two days I've been having a very mild form of the mini strokes I had a couple of years ago. It's not a big deal, it happens.

Oh my ... no more of this, ya hear.

I don't know how many times I caught myself flicking my first ecig. Took a while to get that habit out of my system. Flicked it out of my hand a few times...

I once tried to light a cigalike at the dog park. Never had that problem with a mod.!

Only once. I did everything but melt the end of my Volt during the time I vaped them...

I gave mine away to a bud that begged me for it over and over again - he collected them. I had mine engraved in each country I had visited with the countries name in their language - I don't know how many times I have since wished I had kept it for nostalgia sake...

Sorry, not to be a hardazz, but I would have challenged (not ask) him to produce the study to back up his claim!

Doctors are not infallible and all knowing! I'm willing to bet that we know more 'bout ecigs vs. cigs than any MD/specialist we all have visited.

Sorry again, but I'm soooo frackin' tired of da bovine scat... <sigh>

I hear ya but he didn't insist and I'm sure he thinks he knows more about the subject then me. He knows a lot more then me about cardiology but he's not infallible. I always ask him about his hip cause he had to have it replaced. Last time he tried roller blading and fell on it this time he went to Lake Tahoe and went hiking in the Sierras and it's been bothering him. Well Duh. He's pretty young I would say late 40's but he has some kind of physical problems not sure what but you can tell by looking at him.

Hey has anyone else notice a big decrease in traffic on the porches?? I finally got my juice made today to the tune of 500ml plus 2 15ml samples.

I've noticed a decrease across ECF except for the Stocking Up thread.
