No one has ever used nicotine liquid from anywhere but Asia. It all comes from China, India or one other Asian place that I can't remember. Those are the only locations in the world where consumable nicotine is extracted and produced. None of it has ever been sourced from Europe or North America.

Did you notice the breakdown at the bottom of the page? They did the math for us.
OK, if that nicotine is extracted in the US, then I retract my statement. It doesn't actually state that the extraction is done in the US though, even though it states that the tobacco is grown in the US.

Yes, I am hyper-critical in my reading of the statements by Carolina Xtraction. Call me paranoid if you like.

But until they say that the extraction process is performed in the US I can only presume that it's done in Asia. We have certainly seen other companies who use foreign-extracted nicotine but who use the same indefinite language to try and make people think the extraction is done in the US. I'd even call it slippery language. If you extract inside the US, why don't you state that directly? and why doesn't your info state the location of the extraction facility?

FWIW - About Us – USA Liquid Nicotine

They have some strong claims about other companies that claim U.S. Nicotine.
But even USA Liquid Nicotine does not state that the nicotine you can purchase from them was extracted in the USA.

They say that one of their prime PURPOSES is to provide such USA-extracted nicotine, and they say that they DO extract some nicotine in the USA, but they do NOT say that the nicotine you can buy from them was extracted in the USA.

The lack of a clear statement on the product itself is to me an indication that they're trying to get over on us all. Frankly, I'm not willing to pay higher prices for vague, misleading and slick language.

So I just 'contacted' them and asked if their nicotine is also extracted at a plant in the USA. We'll see if they answer. As I remember a long while back in a nicotine thread someone asked them this question and never got an answer.

That would be me, except: it was USA Liquid Nicotine that I asked, not Carolina Xtraction.

Just talked to my daughter. She tried to quit smoking six months ago, substituted running. Running was taking too much time, so she quit and returned to smoking.

Now she is vaping, a Kanger ego twist. Backyard brew juice at 18mg is too strong.

And talked to my son, too. Waiting to get to substance abuse treatment. Had a half hour mother's day talk. Another postcard in the mail to me, and a letter on the way to him.

I'm feeling good.

I have done a little research about them and have no reason to believe that the nicotine is of poor quality.

I have no doubt that nicotine - whether it is extracted in India, China, etc. meets certain guidelines and is of a good quality.

For example the one thing that stuck out with the USA Liquid Nicotine company was claiming that their tobacco product was not treated with DDT (banned in the US) and that they do not use inferior/lower quality tobacco mixes to extract their nic, but what that actually means to us - I am not absolutely sure...

that means that they do not use the sweepings from cigarette factory floors. That is what they used to use when the nic extraction business just started.

Yah it is hard to tell what it all means. I do know that I prefer that nicotine over others and I guess that is what counts.

I have been using the Kanger Dripbox and am very happy with the vape I am getting out of it. Now that the powers to be are messing with our vaping and gear I am thinking of getting a Reo. I think having a virtually indestructible mod should be added to my gear. I am thinking of a Low Profile Reo Grand but really don't know what kind of topper I should get to go with it. I am a Direct to Lung vaper and I also prefer a dual coil setup. Is there a specific one that I should get when I order the Reo or is there a better one offered from another manufacturer. I am totally ignorant of what to get when it comes to bottom feed toppers. Any help from the Reonauts would be appreciated.

Fantastic! A true Mother's Day. I had a good day myself. No work work, just some beloved gardening, good food (hubby made snow crab - YUM!), and a nice talk with my son. He just got a fixer upper boat and is taking it for its maiden voyage (with him) tomorrow. He is fixing it himself. He has a Jeep that is a souped up bad 4 wheeler. The things he can do, I burst with pride. A grand Mother's Day.

I was recently PIFed a nice REO from a generous porcher (actually more than 1 were involved) and I also want to learn all I can about them. I see a few more in my future as I agree I think they are one of our best options for lifetime reliability. Gonna be spending some time when I can reading up on the old REO threads. Up to date on the new ones but the real history is in the past threads. Having been a computer tech for 20+ years, I have skills and knowledge, I just need the basics. I know where to find them!

I've never had a pepper flavor with the WL nicotine. I always get it in PG, maybe people are getting in VG?
they have this to say about it:
"All Wizard Labs liquid nicotine solutions and concentrated flavorings are produced using only the highest quality USP grade, and/or FDA approved food ingredients for your safety and peace of mind. Our organic nicotine extraction is performed through partnership with the same extraction laboratories used by the leading national brands of alternative nicotine products for your assurance of chemical purity, quality control, and reliable results."

My new I stick 40tc came today, with a shiny Nautilus tank and coils. Many thanks to my benefactor. I have read the manual, but it's not really clear to me where to start. Can I turn it on to have a look at the menu before adding the tank and liquid? I'm only planning on using wattage control. When I do try vaping on it, what wattage do I start at? It's a beautiful blue, by the way. Anyone know how to get to wattage mode?
