Does anyone know when you use a hydrosonic cleaner for your atty's, I think thats what they are called do you leave the Orings on. Some are pretty hard to remove and I'm not sure about removing them without ruining them.
Leave them on. I haven't trashed one, yet.

Now, that ya'll have just messed up the rest of my day - what is next on your agenda for topics of discussion??? :(
How 'bout Global Warming being referred to as Global Cooling. Again. That'll finish off your day, huh?

This K5 can be vaped down only drops remaining before it has to be refilled! I've vaped it so low that I have to tilt it to get juice in the wick holes, & nothing to pour out when I take the cap off. Not one dry hit!

Dis discussion leads me to ask 'bout da deeming, will PV software upgrades be subject to restrictions?

Yes. Binary code may become a tobacco product, as I understand it...

"Specifically, "Component or Part" means "any
software or assembly of materials intended or reasonably expected: 1) to alter or affect the
tobacco product’s performance, composition, constituents or characteristics; or ..."

And the mod itself is already deemed a tobacco product, so the software is a component...

;) Ultrasonic.

The few times I've used mine for tanks, I've taken them off and tossed 'em in the bath. Just seems to be more thorough. So I know normal cleaning won't hurt 'em.

I expect my first Fasttech order to be an adventure because, well, I'm just one of those guys that stuff happens to. So far, I've not been disappointed. Ordered last Monday, and a week later it has made it to Beijing. They must be walking it to me. (which is why I chose cheap, no-big-hurry items for my first order).

Hoo nose? Well gotta remember. There's a few "types" of PG out there. I asssume vape places sell food grade. But there are some that are animal grade and at least one or two more types.

Reading up. Seems Samsung has a capacitor problem. Not that unusual. But have a few tv's. Of course the little one's are ok. The 55" died. And of course on a weekend so can't even call anyone.
I buy "animal grade" from Tractor supply, it's USP. But again, when you vape it, can you taste the sweetness?

Whew! Ours isn't a Samsung. I'm sorry about yours, hope you can get it fixed. We inherited one from someone that was moving out of the area. It's nice but almost too big for the space it sits in.
Hey, I may be an "older folk", but I'm not THAT old! :w00t:

So far, I've not heard / read anything that says transport or possession of private property will be restricted. Sale and subsequent transport, yeah. But they'd have one heck of a time and loud noises from everyone, not just vapers, if they started inspecting every package sent from one private citizen to another, even if they did try to impose such a ban. Just think what that would do around Christmas!!
"geologically" :blink:

Have no explanation on where that came from. It's a :censored: pain reading the muti-quote text when posting it on this computer but have no excuse for that. Obviously "geographically."

When we go to visit my parents, I always leave a form with the kennel/vet that has explicit instructions on who has authority to take charge of him if something happens to us along with the financial means for them to care for him throughout his life. He's our responsibility no matter how big a PITA he is.

When they started talking about who should get their stash on another thread, it made me wonder. That's how all that came around. I don't plan on going out anytime in the near or extended future, but ya never know. The violence today is astounding.
Yes, there is ransomware designed for smart TVs now.

And it's funny that this topic was mentioned. I was thinking about this the other day on how could I infect programmable mods to do the unthinkable as soon as the person pressed the fire button. One of my jobs when I was active duty was security (including anti-terrorism). It was fun dreaming up ways to create mayhem, and then draft/implement procedures to mitigate those threats.

In the case of programmable mods, depending on what the chipset controlled, I don't think it would be too much of a stretch to design malware to cause the mod to go "thermal" at the press of the fire button. And as most vapers are trusting of other vapers, one could easily go around posting a file that some would install in a heart beat. Hell, if I wanted to go whole hog, I'd break into the manufacturer's system and plant the infected file there for maximum effect.

Something to think about when you're eyeing that new shiny.
Weren't you a bowlful of bloody roses this morning. :grr: Got up, read a few posts, went back to bed. I have a dumb phone, dumb TV (but do have Amazon TV), dumb fridge, dumb mods and don't drink coffee (perhaps explaining my underlying mental deficiency, especially in the morning). Take that.

:)
Oh no! Do not encourage the dogs! It finally slacked off yesterday. That rescued little girl has a big surprise coming. The boys have already been surprised fortunately. I wanted a smoke & a shower when I got home!
Smoke and we will throttle you! :grr: :grr: :grr:

They are not walking it to you, they are awaiting the next available sea turtle to ship it. Bummer for you it's mating season.
Letz not forget labels. They can be used for ejuice products.
NO! No, no, no, no. I put my foot down at my labeler being labeled a tobacco product! This is war!

"Ender's Game" comes to mind. Now that was one heck of a book! I will have to see if any of your brother's books are in the local library.

I love "Ender's Game"! I have read the whole series. My son turned me on to it; he first read it when he was in Iraq and got hooked.

Or worse. It reports back that you're pushing your batteries beyond acceptable limits and it reports you for unsafe behavior, resulting in your insurance company dropping you like a hot potato.

But, Officer! I meant to take it from 8 watts to 10 watts and the button stuck! It just kept going and going until it passed 100! Please don't give me a ticket! I can't afford the health insurance premium!

I leave them on too. Too lazy to remove them. And haven't had any problems show up.

Last time I bought a health insurance supplement policy in January this year they asked me, "Are you a smoker?", to which I replied "NO". They usually ask if you use tobacco products and ecigs are included. That conversation was recorded and I was advised that it was recorded, so I have at least one leg to stand on. I don't smoke and haven't for almost 6 years.

At my 3mg juice strength I will still show up as a low grade nicotine user if they run that check routinely during a lab test draw. Those tests even reveal exposure to second hand smoke, so they have to set a break over level to declare you a smoker.

This is one of the (many) reasons it infuriates me that FDA deems vaping a tobacco product. Having worked so hard to quit smoking, I do NOT want the presence of cotinine to label me as a tobacco user! I wonder if 1.5mg juice would trip the bio marker threshold ... I also wonder if exposure to DH's cigars would do the same thing.

Since I vape a product that contains nicotine, I am not a user of tobacco products. No matter how they mis-define it.

??

Did you mean no nic? Although I whole-heartedly agree that even with nic it's not a tobacco product....

Some years back my PCP retired, so I had to pick a new one. New doc, first visit, asked if I smoked. I said no, that I vaped. He was clueless. The next year's physical, he asked if I was still vaping and not smoking, said yes. He marked my chart as non-smoker :) So it seems that at least some in that profession are getting the message!

yeah most general physicians are TOTALLY clueless about vaping and most long-termed members on this forum know far more than they do about the subject....... Physicians only know what they are told by big pharma and the criminal government...sad indeed........ But, I am glad they charted you as a non smoker.

That's a new 'take' on a quick change coil. Kind of a neat idea.

I thought so, too. Probably not something that I'd pick up, but definitely a nice option for those who have a hard time wrapping coils due to eyesight or trouble with tiny, fiddly things. ;)

That smoke they put on if it's like the Merlin scrapes right off with a razor blade. It's just sprayed on. One guy said that his Tobeco V5 had really cheap screws in it he bought an authentic KF spares kit and took care of the problem. I still can't believe they would cut corners on the screws.

Good to know, Legs. Thank you for that! :)

The comments. Juice everywhere! Then he drowns his mod while juices the wick.

LOL! Some guys just aren't all that bright, Darlin'... ;)

    But the link works!

Hahaha! Yeah... at least there's that...

Thankee DH! I lurk here a lot, but I had to give Kaz a rash o grief!

I sometimes can't keep up, but I enjoy seeing how y'all are doing....

I'll take all the grief you can dish out, Sweetheart. Just don't pass on da rash. ;)
