that might not be a bad idea, but with both of us at 24 mg, a liter will last about 3 years, and honestly as well as nic does in the freezer, I don't know that it would make a heck of a difference. I could be wrong, and reckin I'll find out if I am. But many just leave their nic out in smaller bottles at room temp or Iffy even leaves his in the garage I think til he uses it, not even mixed in the base (I think) with no issues. Granted that's not say 3 years, but I do think it'll be ok that way.

wow started answering this a long time ago, bout the time you posted, then fixed and ate supper etc and totally forgot I hadn't finished it and posted  I'm having a really bad brain day today
I'm at 18mg now. I have all mine in the freezer except for the one bottle I have out to use. It's all still 100 mg/ml still. I decided not to break it down, I just add as I mix. The bottle I'm using stays with the rest of my mixing supplies in my closet.

I have been wondering why more food flavors haven't been developed. Not that I would like vaping spinach. But a good roast beef and gravy on bread would be good...

I'm not familiar with Type 1.

I love spinach. And yams. And sweet potatoes :). Type 1 is also called Juvenile Diabetes.

Kenna, how long do you think it will last in the freezer? I read the shelf life is about 3 years, assuming it is stored correctly. Hoping that's a very conservative estimate!

Yup. I choked. Then I clicked "add to cart." I'm really liking it (thankfully!). I was pretty sure that I would; the only thing I didn't like about the KFL+ V2 was the airflow. Some folks like the journey. I wanted to get home :)
don't matter what it costs if that's what gets ya there!!! It's an excellent investment, and you are so worth it!!

Really, I'm fighting to stay below 6.0 for my BS level. My Doc just gave me Jenuvia. I am just not a veggies kind of guy
sorry you're having struggles with that. Have you tried maybe something like a nutribullet? Put your veggies in with fruit and it ends up tasting like fruit juice and ya snuck the veggies in there.

But a good roast beef and gravy on bread would be good...
actually......either ecblends or juicy vapor which I think is now nixteria.... made an italian beef sammich, and maybe a pot roast, along with pizza and a few other savory entree type juices

Keep forgetting you're at 18. Jup I kept one 120 ml bottle out to mix juice for other folks that use different pg/vg or different nic than me.

not kenna, but our resident chemist kurt kistler (who is also a vaper) says that particularly in pg it will essentially last forever in the freezer as far as he can tell. I could be wrong about this part, but I am pretty sure he said he's used some that was in the freezer around 10 years with no noticeable difference in it.
This is long, 2 hrs, but you can scroll through til you get to the part that has Dr. Kistler, even that is long since there is other discussion and he chimes in through quite a bit of it, but to hear all he says is very interesting, and a great thing to watch.

I do that all the time. Start a post, get distracted, come back hours later and be surprised I hadn't posted it. Then, finally post it. Yup, very familiar!
Sweet Potaoes, baked, w/brown sugar & butter.
That's how my grandmother used to make them for me (except with Splenda Blend brown sugar instead of regular). Yum!

I started eating sweet potatoes when I found out I was diabetic and was told no more regular potatoes (because they turn to sugar before they even get to your stomach). I was reluctant, but desperate. I LOVE potatoes.

I was so pleasantly surprised. Sweet potatoes are pleasantly, mildly sweet. And, the big bonus, they aren't as dry as regular potatoes. Regular potatoes are so dry that they HAVE to have butter or you'll choke on them.
Really, I'm fighting to stay below 6.0 for my BS level. My Doc just gave me Jenuvia. I am just not a veggies kind of guy. If this Jenuvia pill doesn't work, I guess I guess I should just opt for the needle. Especially, if it keeps me down at 5.
Now, you've got me curious to find my A1C test results. I'll have to find the clinic's website. I know it was a bit high. But, apparently they weren't too concerned.

What I'm more concerned about is checking my own levels on a daily basis. I was having so much trouble getting enough blood that I would have to poke 2 or 3 times to get enough. So, I just stopped checking. But, I stick to a diet a lot better when I see my sugar levels for myself on a daily basis.

I would think that getting enough blood would be easy since I'm on blood thinners. Apparently not. Maybe dehydrated?

Anyway, since a few of you are diabetic, maybe someone can give me some advice for checking my blood sugar without having to stick myself multiple times?

Thank you, Doodles! Liking, now; watching tomorrow :). I vape high(er) VG juice, but figured I'd get the nic in PG. Between the nic and flavoring, I'd still be at least 70% VG, I'm guessing. Long as I can vape, it's all good!

Looks like Deb beat me to it.
Thanks Deb, but, I am really just not a foodie/cook. I was raised military and lived in the military for 30+ years...I just want to shove it in and move on. I even have trouble spending the time to make a PB&J. I think a daily shot is more for me.
I have rare times that I like to cook, but very, very rare. But, if I can buy a salad already made, I do enjoy it. I don't like my own (mostly because I can't make myself do it right). I need a cook.

Especially when I'm really hungry, the thought of cooking or preparing food in any way makes me nauseous. I prefer to just open a can and eat.

Your Doc can just order it.

not diabetic, but do you kinda rub your hands and fingers in a motion kinda like you're trying to push all the blood into your fingertip? sometimes that helps. I know water and being hydrated helps with getting blood from veins, so certainly couldn't hurt with pokin yurself. Even if it doesn't make a difference, at least you're well hydrated which is great for a lot of other things

Heretik, I dumped a bag of salad and some jar things into a mixing bowl for dinner. I do try a bit. I am better at just staying away from sugar et al.
Yup, those bags of salad make for a great start. Every little shortcut helps.

I think Legs has mentioned his KF's leaking when they went over the mountains. Not sure what he did about it.
Probably tossed them in a bag and grabbed the STM, lol. Im going to try wicking with the braided material that came with the KF, that might keep the wick out of them juice grooves. Then its onward to conquer the Cascade Mountains.

I'd guess altitude change. If so, just devise a way to plant them upside down when not in use. I padded out a weighted base cig ashtray and it works fine for my tube mods. Or one box :)
Many of the Xstar line come with plug and cable for 12VDC. Don't re-invent the wheel (unless you can make a better wheel!).
Thanks for the ideas, Im not giving up on the KF "love will find a way", lol.
I have an old Fortron power supply that is supposed to be programmable, probably not worth the time invested but would be a nice enclosure for that little circuit board with a fan, and would turn one cigarette lighter outlet into a charger for multiple devices from 5v to 12v DC. This venture would then fall under the "for hobby" classification. ;)

Methinks I need to clarify.....the lemony taste I was experiencing was NOT from the nic I got from ecigexpress....it was from the egg nog flavoring.....no lemon when used with other flavors......;)
Any suggestions on a good eggnog flavor? Eggnog is on my short list, thanks.

I've been completely happy since the first moment of my vaping journey. Part of that happiness is looking further.

Frass happens.

That's one expensive diesel powered steeping device. Are steep hills responsible for steep prices? How steep must a grade be in order for joose to steep?

Great minds think alike. As I typed that, I paused and visualized an ashtray (clean of coarse) full of my little DIY experiments!

Hmmmm. I transferred a liter of nic into 120ml bottles for the freezer. Wondering if I should get some of those thingies for those bottles & a syringe to draw off the oxygen trapped in the bottle? That would make a vacum in the bottle, yes?
Since most fluids expand with heat, Im wondering if it might work, to just fill the bottle so as to have the least amount of head space, put a good good sealing cap on and toss it in the freezer. As the liquid cools, it should make its own vacuum!?

Interesting thing is, everyone's gouging with excess taxes, yet no one has absolutely proven it's as bad as tobacco. So if it's safer than tobacco... they're murdering people for the almighty dollar.
Exactly my thoughts!

Also I may have said yams when I meant sweet taters.
don't eat em often and not sure which is which.
Usually only at family gathering feast times.
Yams have the mealy texture, and to me they taste more like overcooked carrots. IMO sweet potatoes are fantastic, and yams are just the price you pay sometimes.

Well you just missed out on MVS had 1 liter of nic for 40 I think plus you can get it already mixed to 50/50. I get my VGPG from ECX because it is already mixed to 50/50 a little more money but sure saves alot of hassle. The only extra PG I put in is in my flavors which isn't much so I don't worry about adding extra VG.

Thanks buddy! Im a day late and a dollar short as usual! The 50/50 is a great plan.
My first nic order was 100% VG, what a mistake that was, lol.
What do you think about my Kayfun leaking in the truck issue, do you think the braided wick might solve my problems, or any other ideas? Havent made it to the possible altitude problem yet.

DavidOck had a real good idea: keep the Kayfun upside down for the mountain passes, but Im afraid the vibrations in that old Pete might dislodge the wick and do strange things, lol.
Worst scenario, might end up sticking with the Kanger STM for work, but only after all other possibilities have been exhausted!
