Mike, I think Apple shut down the juice DIY calculators on the iPhone/iPad a year+ ago as being tobacco related ARGH! Several were dropped (if you had it you could keep it but no new downloads) and others had functionality limited or restricted. That's probably why iVape uses saving a picture as a way to get around the rules.
I had forgotten about that, but I remember hearing that now that you mention it!

For those of you who don't know me, I been vaping now for almost 4 years. Had a few rough patches but am getting over them and getting things back on track finally.

While I mostly use mech mods, mainly my Reo Mini at this point, I do own and use a MVP 3.0 pro and a Disrupter. I find Innokin products to be some of the few regulated devices to not only give me the type of vape I enjoy but somehow manage to last for me.

I have had very bad luck with regulated devices, including a Provari. Just figure it isn't meant for me to use regulated.

I am a tootle puffer, preferring things like a cisco 306 or a small chamber single coil rda to all this high powered low ohm craze that is the current flavor of the month.

hi everyone,

Nice write up on the disrupter Matt. Don't know if you saw it yet, but Innokin released a fb post today about the new 3300 mah cell it has the newer rounded corners.
That's cool. I don't subscribe to their Facebook page so I'll have to go take a look. Might buy one as long as it doesn't take the Disruptor from comfortable grip to too damn big! :)

Thanks for the welcome. I have see the front porch since the original thread, but wasn't sure if I should post in any of them since I am tech still a youngun by most standards (only 44), but I feel there is more to being older at times than just age.
Welcome Nancy. Age is only a number and we don't do ID checks. By the way I have a sister named Nancy. Pull up a chair and stay and a while.

I think the rounded edges may make it more comfortable even with it being slightly bigger.

Edited to add pic: this might give you an idea of the size difference

Like I recommended earlier Steam Engine is available as a web site so it doesn't matter what Apple's opinion is! I guess it's their store so they can do what they want. They have nice devices but very strange ideas on who owns what. I had a friend that had them lock up his phone because of the non-violent approved icons know his apps. He had to go to the Apple Store for a factory reset. A week later he was on an Android phone.

Thanks. Size really doesn't bother me as long as it's comfortable. I've been vaping an IPV3 which is not small by any means.

Not to worry Nancy ... our eyesights not what it used to be ... so no one's checking IDs to get on the porch.

Ahh .. that might explain it. A couple years ago I ran across posts on the UK Forum recommending an OS X DIY app ... but I couldn't find it on the Mac App store.

that's awesome!! Every time I ask, I get a different answer to what they have me listed as, sometimes non smoker, sometimes former smoker, but I have yet to see it actually printed on something! that's so kewl!!

Wahoooooo!!!
All I did was tell them I quit smoking d started vaping instead & they changed it. Never had to address it again. Now this is the Ra Dr. Have no idea what PCP shows. I'll get an ins statement for this last visit d see if it's on there.

And if Apple decides they don't like a specific ... religion... political stance... food.... they'll ban that as well.

Bad as Paypal...

How long have you been off the stinkies and vaping? Our doctor knows we haven't been smoking for years .... but he's said the time limit is actually 6 years to be considered a 'non-smoker'.

I have a basic DIY calculator called iVape on my iPhone. It's decent in a pinch. You can specify you nic base level, target nic level, PG/VG ratio, amount to make, and a bunch of flavors by percent, It calculates the amount of incredients by ml's and drops to add.

You can save the results as a picture to you photo library. But you can't name the recipe or even record the base nic level you started with in the screen capture.

I yet to find a decent DIY calculator for Mac, iPad or iPhone. If you find one please let me know and I'll do likewise.

I just resist running a windows virtual machine on my Mac just to use a juice calculator like eJuiceMeUp. I'm not buying a copy of Windows OS just to do this. With the popularity of Mac's and IOS devices I'm still surprised one hasn't been developed yet.
I quit 15 months ago. I told them acouple of months later. I don.t recall when it started showing up on my staements. I can look at the ones from the ins company.

I had thought about you having said this before, when she posted that......I did wonder before when you'd said that if that was your doc's or his facility's policy rather than a widely accepted thing. But......I also looked at her post again and noticed something that didn't click the first time........it didn't just say non smoker......it said non tobacco! That's even more wonderful!!
Yepper's! And that is insurance coding, too.

Clear as mud I see!
The seller has not yet shipped (or even received) his shipment of Wismec Reuleaux PVs. I told him it was a poor business practice by both him and the USPS to report an item as being picked up by the USPS when it was not.

Anyway, he's not expecting the shipment for at least a week. No biggie, I knew I was preordering.

@MattB101 have you used the DIY tab of Steam-Engine. I just tried it for the 1st time, wasn't useful for me. There's a button to add flavors, but when I click it nothing happens to allow adding flavoring/%'s. I tried it from my Mac and iPad - both use Safari browser.

Does the 'Flavor Button' work for you? As it is I could only use it for making different Nic Base solutions.

(or maybe Apple is so 'big-brotherish' I can't even use a Web based app w/ their browser to do DIY recipes.)

EDIT: Never mind, User Error. It's not a button, the word Flavor is a link in the box. Need to click on Flavor then it works. Duh me!
