I accidentally posted this in the wrong thread, so I'm gonna re-post it here where I meant to!

OK, I just figured out a name for that special vape.

My family had a tradition of "Mock Turtle Fried Rice". you boil up some rice and add in all the leftovers from the fridge. It's delicious!!

I just put together all the little bits of vape flavors at the end of my bottles together....
Mock Turtle Vape!!

I don't have parts left. If I like it, I pour it all into my REO bottle and vape it......if I don't like it even after steeping, maybe mixing with something else etc, I pour it out

nice thing about DIY. when a bottle gets low I can mix up another batch of the same stuff. fortunately I've not found a flavor that wasn't vapable. but then a little bourbon vanilla or menthol can make anything vapable

That is what I am doing. I have twelve mixes, and mix 40 ml at a time. I always have at least ten ml left in a bottle, so my simple mixes mellow out quickly (seed steeping). No need for a dump bottle any more.

I do that too. But when I go to a Vape Meet and get free samples, and buy various flavors... eventually, I get to the point I have less than 1ml in each... put them all together and I've got my mix. Tastes different every time, but so far... good.

That's fantastic! How long have you been smoke free? It's been a year & a half for me & my tastebuds are still changing. Every few months I notice a change.

In the last three to six months, I have become smoke free.

I started vaping about two years ago but continued sneaking a cigarette here and there
up until last month. Last month I managed two drags off a cigarette, the body repulsed
hard against it. Now, I will vape only.

The congenital issue I face has anosmia as one of its secondary effects. What was needed
to trigger the olfactory nerves to grow was not present. Considering myself fortunate
now being able to taste anything at all.

Not sure I can give all credit to vaping. It is something I am doing differently though.
Seems logical if one does different they get different results.

Seen enough of where the road leads for smoking cigarettes. Know that is not how I seek
to wind up. Besides that, someone wants me around longer.

I smoked menthols for about 40 of the 44+ years I smoked. When I bought my first starter gear I looked for menthol juices. I knew nothing about juices or flavors. I just asked the guy at the tobacco shop where I'd bought my cigarettes for menthol juice & picked a peppermint ice & a straight menthol juice. Those are what I stopped smoking with that very day. I still have a bottle & a half of straight menthol, & stopped in a couple of weeks ago & got a bottle of the peppermint ice to try again. It's still really good on occasion so I'm getting flavoring now to mix my own. It's really good for that change up flavor to keep from getting vaper's tongue.
