Vibration? I don't have anything that vibrates.

I finally found where I stashed it. I am truly sorry to tarnish the good name of the SVD, I tried it at low power, high power, 650 and 350 modes, and it did not do the vibration that I hated so bad.:rolleyes::thumb:

I coulda sworn that's the one that I hated so much with the 'rattlesnaking'. I musta got rid of the one that did it. Every time the driptip touched my teeth it would drive me batty.

Thank you for making me recheck it, now I have another very useable backup. :thumb: :D :rickroll:

Rattlesnaking wood be a tank/topper problem. Not the mod.
I do remember some folks talking about a rattlesnake type noise with the pwm mods, some of em, but don't recall mention of actual vibrating, just the noise.

Kood be rong (yeah, sure) but seems to me that's generally a contact problem between mod and tank.
yeah coulda been for them too and they were blaming it on pwm. Mine didn't so I didn't pay a whole lotta attn to the folks talkin about it at the time, just recalled there were several

It was fine as long as I didn't accidentally touch my teeth, but yes, it was actual vibration when it happened.

I'm glad I don't have to worry about it any more. I'm stocked up enough with my P's (I hit that great $30 sale) and Isticks (found a good deal on them) that I won't have to look for anything else. I'm hoping my daughters switch to full time vaping so I can share with them. :)

Maybe it was a dual purpose mod. The SX will rattlesnake Busardo calls it frequency modulation. That is why the SX works better in TC if you can dial it in so that you use just enough power to hit temp fairly fast at the lowest setting you can use. Like for me at 415F with Ti I only use 17J. If you used say 50J at the same temp you would get a lot of rattlesnaking but only that you could hear not feel. Most of the older VV and VW mods used PWM except the Provari so you got it at lower power settings. Thats what I liked so much about the Provari nice smooth power when they came out one of the first if not the first to be like that.

I did finally have to rewick the Stumpy, so I put a bit of rayon in her and between this Awesome Atomizer and this Magnificent Mod I am in vanilla flavor heaven!
:D
I haven't tried the rayon in any of my squonkers yet.
I use it in my tanks, but I didn't think it would hold up in the Stumpy's, Nuppins, RM's, etc
What were you using before.. the KDG, Bacon ????

Not Kaezziel, but he and I talked about it. It was wicked with KGD. Why would rayon not hold up in a Stumpy, on a regulated squonker? Not challenging; curious. :)

I just never thought about trying it ...
Thought the KDB was much sturdier, and would hold up better to constantly getting drowned. :p
I don't have any "regulated" squonkers, ... all mechanic's.
But, I'm about ready to change flavors and wicks in one, so I'm gunna go for it.

Thanks for responding :). Go for it and let us know!

I've never used rayon. Just KGD and cotton bacon. I like the bacon better. Of course I do!

I got the lifetime supply of rayon when I first started TC but I just found the KGD easier to work with and worked every bit as good so I just stuck with it. I'm kinda that way when I find something that is easy and works well I just stay with it. My biggest change lately was going from 5 wraps to 6.

Rayon will stand up to the heat better, wicks faster. Should be fine :)

Were they advocating vaping? Or just against smoking?
not sure.... when I saw the booth, the lady was talking to someone.
...
Now dat's just so kewl!
Thanks. I did a 3D print for a holder, and It is ok... I just wanted something with a bit more pop, so I 3D printed this guy and even did some painting!

Like how I nestled the lighthouse in the back of the holder?
Took some doing, this model took me about an hour to put together.
Then 15 min to slice and get to the printer. Printer took a bit over an hour to print it out.

It's getting there... I think I'll back off on the honey a little more and maybe throw in a little peach to round out the pear... this one has me scratchin' my brain for sure...

Kaez, honey and caramel are absolute no-nos in any of my recipes! Can still remember da 'stench' in da room when I went to da first Vape Stock! Had to step outside to suck decent air. Every DIYer at da time was trying to dupe RY4... IMHO, total fail! Just my .02 FRN...

I wuz thinkin more like brooklyn.

I was commenting on your uppers...

Oh yeah, a kick azz PV at da time. Have a couple used ones stored in da cache. eGo to VV Gripper, major 'hit'! Yepper, dat 510 connection was a lil' weak. Ergo, I used 510-510 sacrificial adapters; problem avoided, or at least delayed...

Am a lil' disappointed on da $ale$ price in dat I paid less dan dat fer my last couple a while ago.

Well now, that all sounds like a plus plus .. don't know why I never thought of using it.
I'm like Legs .. if it ain't broke, don't fix it
Thanks David ... getting anxious to empty this mod now, and switch it over
