I picked this one up in the Classy's. Its a By Leo Cage tank with a Killer 705 rebuildable atomizer. It was designed to run with silica, but I found it did not wick very well although I think it may have had to much silica in it as it came pre-built. I pulled the silica out and put some cotton in it and it is working really nice now. It is a surprisingly good vape and I think the atomizer would work well in a Billet Box which is on my to get list soon. May have to get a clone one as they are pretty dang expensive but will see.

Omg, unbeknownst to me, my husband, in his worry that I might go back to smoking, ordered 3, count em, extra starter kits from vaporfi. All sub ohm, all non adjustable. And so long ago, that I can't return them. So for the next year at least, I guess I'm using vaporfi vice and edge machines. I talked to vaporfi, the only useful, if too late advice she had, was not to overcharge the battery as that could be casing a hot connection. Says they are sensitive to charging habits. .?? The thing itself doesn't show when it's fully charged, So I'll have to go by the clock and suggested times. I've probably damaged the 2 I'm using, I've not been worried about charging time, thought it would auto stop once fully charged. He's easily spent over 500$ au, and I can't really justify buying another until these are worn out. Hopefully, the bit of knowledge I've absorbed, and finding juice I like will keep me going. Good news is I REALLY don't want to smoke. Don't know how to post photos, but when he showed me my backup drawer of vaporfi stuff, I could have fallen over. He's an angel making sure I don't run out, but like me, doesn't have a clue about equipment. Oh dear. Send up a prayer that I don't blow myself up in my ignorance. So I'll just keep going and no point worrying. I've got what I've got. Simple to use, yes, to understand, not so much.

Nother question. Would it be dangerous to file down the button a smidge?
the button on the batt.........I'm no expert, but I wouldn't do it! That just sounds like an accident waiting to happen, but will let others chime in that really know. No blowin up my birdy!!!!

will be painting all of these, I guess.... Unless someone wants one to paint themselves... just pay shipping. that last one is mine though! :D
awwwwwwwww that's so sweet! You do such amazing things with that printer! I'm so glad you're getting so much enjoyment from it! Love seeing the things you create. Now you need to make a cup holder for the car that has mod holes cut in it like jwraps makes. Those seem so kewl!

Hi LittleBird :)

All things are good here, just time gets away from you and you think you've been gone for a day or two but its a week or so
so glad things are going well for ya, but ya can't forget us.......as you've seen...... we WILL hunt you down and drag you back! hehehe we miss ya when yur gone!

awwwwww that was sooo sweet of him to do!! Well, as you've seen they do work. So glad you have no desire to smoke! that's what it's all about however you get there, and you've gotten there!!! That deserves a big

Thanks, Kev. Which ones did you find? Most of the ones I'm tracking down that look good are 34.8! The tolerances in a BB are tight. 34.3 would prolly fit; 34.5 definitely won't. So frustrating; I  my BB's like other folks love their Reos. I have 6 of them, and I'll be heartbroken if I can't make this work.

Nother question. Would it be dangerous to file down the button a smidge?
It was an old review on a flashlight forum for the AW ICR123. I'm not really a battery expert, most of what I'm finding about these batteries is confusing. That's the only reference I have found to length tolerances.

    You're singing Tweety's tune, talking about a BB! I bet you'd a never guessed I like em, huh?! :)

The most commonly used rebuildable attys are Ohman's Uno (wonderful!), The Diver and the Sophia ByLeo. Atmystique is releasing another one, next week -- it will work with a subtank mini's build deck. The minute Konstaninos says its up on their site, I'm getting one!

If you can, save for the real deal BB. I have several Rev3.'s and they are forever mods. Beautifully machined, indestructible, and backed by the best customer service I've ever experienced. I really do see them as the equivalent to a REO. The Rev4., just released, has a DNA board in it, and, because it uses an 18650, can go sub ohm. When I can get one (they sell out in about 2 minutes. Literally.), I will. Knowing DougDino, the mod maker, it will be a phenomenal mod.

Now that I've typed all this, I'm wonderin if I've seen you in the BB thread. I'm sorry; head is foggy and I can't remember! If so, please forgive!

I would highly recommend NOT to modify/compromise any battery!

    No charging auto cutoff?!?!

Even cig-a-likes and eGo batts had that function...

Just be careful and monitor batt heat build up.

I won't. I promise. Someone on another thread said that's what he does, so I thought I'd ask folks here. I know all y'all don't want burnt wings on yer hands!

@rhelton I will second all of this! The quality of these are fantastic and absolutely = a Reo! That's really high praise coming from me! lol Plus, there isn't a whole lot that can go wrong with it, which is another thing that makes it so nice. Doug Dino (the maker) is such an amazing person..........and yes....... the customer service is one of the very best I've ever seen! He's just an incredible human being!

Here's the link to the BB thread birdy mentioned........fantastic people over there if you haven't been on it. Can't recall if you have or not.

How to make a PV holder.....
this took 6 tries to make right... You saw my "footprint" a few days ago, but here today, I have finished the upgrade of my BIFF holder, and I wanted to share the process with you all. Lots of detail, but really not that hard.
first... I made the PV hole for the wrong size PV, and was able to stop print before it got too far.

    second and third
for some reason the eyeballs didn't print... a bit of spackling will fix that. Probably. but putting the eyes in, and they came up all messed up. a bit of sanding will fix that. Probably.

    fourth and fifth.
the walls here are too thin... try to get the long one fixed, and it worked, so then to get that one on the side fixed.

And finally - the last and working model that I can post to thingaverse with pride.
    View attachment 545209

I will be painting all of these, I guess.... Unless someone wants one to paint themselves... just pay shipping. that last one is mine though! :D

another really nice 'print' Ken. keep up the good work.

    Can someone help me, please?

The Billet Box takes two 16340 batteries. The ones that we used to use (AW-ICR 3.7V, 750MaH) are now too big. Another option is the AW IMR 3.7 550mah, 8 amp. Will these work with a 1.2ohm coil, at 4.3 volts? I tried Steam Engine, but I don't know how to adjust for two batteries. Thanks!

LB ... did some googling as I don't have a BB. According to a Vapian youtube review the BB uses 2 batts in series. So that adds the voltage of each batt to the output but does not change the amps. You should be good to go with those batts as a 1.2Ω coil at 5.5 volts (the max I believe the BB will go) draws 4.6 amps. Well under the rated 8 amps for the batt.

edit: sorry I didn't chime in early ... it's a baby sit Miles day and time at the computer is scarce on these days.

Just saw this, and I agree with Mike. The 8A limit of the batteries will be more than sufficient to handle the 1.2Ω coils at max voltage. Sorry I didn't answer sooner, I had already left yesterday and just got free enough from adulting today to catch up in here.

Thank you, Mike. Only, I thought if batteries go one in one direction and the 2nd in the opposite direction, side by side, that meant they were in parallel. Is that wrong? Or does it not matter? Sorry to be going on about this ...

Depends on the mod and how the tray is wired. Basically if the negative terminal of battery "A" is hooked up to the positive terminal of battery "B", then it is series. If both negatives are hooked together and both positives are hooked together, then they are in parallel.

    Oh. I see!

No problem... but I'm pretty sure that the BB is designed to be powered by two batteries in series. Then the wheel steps down the voltage to whatever you have it set at. Together the batteries are putting out 8.4V (at max/fresh charge), the regulator (potentiometer wheel) adjusts it by providing resistance and reducing the voltage to the atomizer. The current capability remains the same as if there were only one battery (so 8A). As for doing your calculations in Steam Engine, just put the set voltage in where SE asks for voltage and input your coil resistance. As long as the result is less than 8A, you are good to go. No blown up Birdie wif singed wings and we're all very happy dat we've got a Birdie who's happy wif her vape and still safe wif her batteries! :D
