Well, it turned out to be today that I made some joose using the FA Custard flavoring, again at 9%, and I'm
vaping it as a single flavor joose.
It does not taste at all like my nose thought it would taste. That's good, because my nose wasn't overly enthusiastic about it. I don't know if it's a true custard flavor, and when I say that I mean I really don't know. I just haven't eaten custard much. But the taste is really good, natural, tasty and clean, with the ideal amount of sweetness. These comments apply to
vaping it in my Kanger Subtank, which currently has a 1.2 ohm pre-manufactured head in it.
In my Aspire Nautilus with a 1.6 ohm BVC pre-manufactured coil head, the taste is completely different; OK but not great. It tastes less sweet and more smoky, kind of like FA Coffee Espresso actually. Coffee Espresso as a single flavor is not sweet enough for me.
With both
tanks I'm using 10.0 watts. My theory is that the additional airflow I get through the Kanger Subtank is what creates the huge difference in flavor. The smallest airflow hole setting of the Subtank is larger than the largest airflow setting of the Nautilus.
