I haven't seen the China video. It's not up on his youtube channel. Where did you see it?

Sent with no malice and not a whole lot of forethought from my new Galaxy Tab 4. Thanks Santa!

The google god failed me. I had to look through history. #smokefreeradio “China Recap” with Phil Busardo | Welcome to DimiSphere It is audio only.

As for 18650 telescoping mech mod with kick-- it is repairable, and just order a new kick if it fails, or set by a stockpile. With all of the proposed legislation, I would rather be safe than sorry. The activists here are doing a good job. There is proposed legislation to limit vaping to smoking areas, but they seem to be leaning towards giving business owners the opportunity to enforce or not. I really don't mind going to smoking areas, provides an opportunity to spread the word.

Even I am getting nervous.

hehehe I've never had a desire for a provari, but I figure if I'm gonna need a mech, I'd like a Reo. Now the real question......which one do you like best?? lol

I have a pair of the older REO Grands and love them. If I were doing it now I would get the REO Grand with the shallow connector cup as more RDAs fit on them.

Well I did it. I had some problems at first cause I was getting really high resistance reading on my meter like .57. Then I figured out with this pin in the Lemo I have to really tighten it down them it came out right at .2 Here it is

This is 50/50 juice at 410 degrees 20w.

Nice. Now that you have it going, what's your impression of it. Likes? Dislikes?

Bad hands days I don't even try to build coils. Good hands days I recoil everything that needs it including Protank 1 and 2 heads and CE5 heads as well as all my RBAs and RDAs. So I might do as many as 100 coils in a day every couple of months.

THen again I am boring and just do a basic 1.2-1.7 ohm micro coil in everything. Not the fancy stuff you guys are playing with.

That's me too. Same coil in almost everything. If it works don't fix it.

what is the downside to these "KICK" devices? something inline reducing power, smaller battery, making mechs seem noob friendly? cause I gotta say that was my 1st thought.

You pretty much got it SHOCK COLLAR :). These devices max out at between about 8-14 watts depending on which one you buy and you have to go down one batter size to make room for it. So, if you're using a 18650, you go to a 18500. But for anyone who wants to make a mech mod a bit safer and who vapes in this power range, they're not bad.

Of my three telescope mechs, the 18650 and Kick fits just fine in two, one I have to go down to 18500 (or all the way to '350). A bit "safer" which could be a good thing for neubs, but also a more consistent vape across the battery voltage.

Yes, the amp limit on the Kick can be a deal breaker, but with the right value coil may not be. We're all different type vapers, eh? :) But no, not acceptable for high watt vaping at all. But if you're a low watt vaper they can work well. And I don't find the PWM nearly as bad as the IStick 20... (although I understand the 30 is supposed to be RMS?)

Y'all are making me think a lot more than I want to about "Vapageddon." I'm pretty active re: writing to Congress about vaping, but in truth, haven't planned at all for a time when it would be impossible to buy vape gear or juice. Now I'm thinkin'. I have 2 P3's, a Billet Box, a mech and several ego's/spinners (which I hate. They live in a drawer in the kitchen). A handful of Nauti tanks, a stash of BVC coils and a couple of dozen cartos (for BB back up). One KFL+. That's it. I can build a coil, but couldn't rebuild a broken mod if my life depended on it. Tweety does not solder. What else would y'all add to the collection?

Your hardware side looks reasonable enough, although more BVCs can never hurt. Maybe another KF or similar, and spare part kits? Anything that has a glass or poly tank - spares of those in case of dropsies or tank crackers in the wrong tank...

Juice. At least nic. Other than hardware, that's what they'll focus on banning or taxing to death. Heck, I even ordered my first liter of 100mg.... and some flavorings!

I can wait until March for the 100 mg nic order. I want to use up my 48 first, so I won't mix them up. I also want a larger supply of little bottles for storage.

Well I am truly surprised by this Lemo and RDNA40. The Lemo is so airy when you take a hit it is like taking in air, not warm and when you blow it out you really "Taste Your Juice". I've got it set to 410 at 20w not hitting temp protect. Did a couple of times at 390 right after I filled it but not now. I really like it. I'm not really impressed by the gooey ring to plug the juice hole but it seems to work. I ran the juice almost out and found out KGD will give you a burnt hit at 410 not a real bad one but it will. I turned it down to 390 and nothing so KGD must have a burning point close to 410. Start getting low on juice turn it down to 390. I went though about 4ml of juice in 2 hours last night.

Hah! "Gooey ring" indeed! Does look a bit odd, but does work well. It's what I use on mine, so no screwdriver needed to refill.

You did find the air flow control nut, yes? That's the one thing I don't really like on the Lemo, since you have to partially dis-assemble to adjust... but, then, once set to personal preference, it's not something you're changing a lot.

Here is a link to a rather good article on Formaldehyde in E-Cigs. I received on my Medscape subscription and found it to be fairly balanced. Thought you all might want to read it. The link takes you to my Drive account and a PDF I generated so it's safe to open.

Yeah I did David I closed it down quite a bit but found I liked it better opened up. I also tried a wide bore drip tip and found I liked the original better.

Hah I bet they had no ties to the cigarette industry. What a laugh. If we were going to vape like they did in the test then why even bother using juice just vape the wick. You could probably hit the formaldihyde sooner. Whey wait for the juice to run out.
