Thank you Janet. That's what I am afraid of. It was fun to win and I don't want anyone to think me ungrateful. One really shouldn't complain about a gift. I will just let it slide and hopefully down the road I can pass it on to someone that wants to try it.

Good idea. And if you give it to somebody just starting out you can give it to them with instructions of what they should be spending their money on. You will have saved them $75 right off the bat so that would make you feel good. So, what you've actually won is a chance to help somebody out!

Wow Mattiem. Was that a contest here on ECF or somewhere else? I would hate to think there is a registered supplier here selling that. The main kit sounds sorta like what the volt is for like 20.00 although I don't know much about those things, have barely even looked at em, and only when trying to help a newbie.

There's another vendor that started here awhile back. On their home page they advertise a thing and in huge bold letters, they say........ You can smoke for days without refilling. I wrote em and told em that I thought it was appalling to say that, we're not smokers!! They wrote back and said yeah that probably wasn't the best choice of words and they'd look at it. But they haven't changed it. lol

It was here but I think they are new. I am sure they will learn. I will just pass it on to someone else but will let them know that it is just to see if it will work for them.

Mattie, I'm curious if they posted the prizes before the contest? I'd imagine not or you wouldn't have gone for it. I was just thinking as an excuse to write them you might tell them in the future to post their prizes because some people are way beyond the introductory kits? Just a thought cuz I think that was kind of cheesy and I would want to tell them in a nice way if I could. They just don't sound too "with it". Prefilled proprietary carts or cartos? Really? Eeek. Mall rejects? ONE teensy battery? Even if I was going to give that kit away to someone I'd have to know they were a light smoker and add some juices and cartos! Never had a decent prefill!

Today, we're going to stick with the KISS method .. that is, "Keep it Simple, Stupid" .. no real commentary on this Monday .. just an interesting factoid .. the most popular COLOR used in songs in the last 100 years .. is "Blue" .. so, here are some Blue songs on this Blue Monday ..

Good for you Deb. I have emailed a couple of vendors when they say a cart or a carto is the same as a pack of smokes. That just ain't right.

I think they posted the prize. This was like a third or fourth place win. Contest winners shouldn't complain and I really am not. I just hate for someone new to all of this ending up with something like this after spending so much.

Great songs Willie but I like how the other Willie sings Blue Eyes Crying in the Rain better. I did think the old radio clip was cool though.

I must admit I do like Willie's version .. and I think you were right on the Vivi Nova from TrueVapes..

love baby's got her blue jeans on!! <<Singin and dancin in my chair>>!!!
Love Roy too! I'd only heard Linda Ronstadts version of this up til now, but I really like his version too.
Love Willie's blue eyes cryin in the rain, but I love Hank SR too. I can't remember......was it the Louisiana Hayride that they used to advertise the mother's best flour etc?? I know I've seen that a lot on old clips, just can't remember which show from back then.

Blue Eyes Crying In The Rain by Hank Williams. This is from 1951 off of the "Mother's Best Flour Show". .. a little old time radio clip for you .. yes, I know Willie Nelson may have the hit, but the song goes back to Hank ..

Geeze Willie, we're so lucky to have you Never know what you're going to come up with and it's always a pleasure! Thank you!

I am gratified to know that a clip like this does not go unappreciated .. many folks, even those of maturity, dislike the bad audio quality .. much like many dislike a B&W film .. I try to hear through the distortion and imagine ...
