I also prefer single player. I grew up in the days of single player. If the people want kids more active outside, start making single player games again. It will make this generation of kids bored out of their mind because they have no one online to play with.

Grew up with the C-64, Atari 2600. Multiplayer meant you owned 2 comtollers and had to go to someone's house. Back in the day 12-16 of us would LAN the original Xbox and play Halo all night. A lot of fun. LAN parties are the only way to do multiplayer.
