Yeah it happens all the time. If you need to see to believe then here you go (the internet is full with that stuff, images, stories, videos, whatever you want)

It's so easy to avoid that kind of accident. Similar to our batteries it doesn't happen every time but establishing a safety standard helps. And with a car it's not just about you, it's about the other cars and pedestrians as well, your car could weer off or the tire become a projectile wreaking havoc on the sidewalk or in oncoming traffic.

If you tell everyone all of this, what will I watch?

Thanks! Love it. I will get some 40Ts next. It is pushing the 30A on these batteries already. I want the 35A of the 30Ts for hot builds and my 21700 converted Pulse. I plan on getting a tank for it soon. I kinda don't want to take this one out of the house I am scared I will hurt it lol.
Are you running at 85W or higher on the SL? That would draw 30A from the battery when it was at it's lowest voltage of 3.2V... A lot of power for a single cell mod, you must not get any run time at all.

Or is the screen reporting 30A+? That is what the chip is putting out to the coil and not what it's drawing from the battery.

What phone do you have? Is it android?

I've got lots of kit lying around, mainly android tablets and a stack of Linux boxes.

Now for the shiny bit - coils. Jury rigged a rotating eyelet to the table, spin the two wires in my old drill, and voila, twisted pair. That Kanthal is tough to work with, even after cooking it in the gas flame of the cooker it still doggedly refused to stay where I put it. Oh yes, the cut ends are sharp, now have two additional puncture holes in my LH index finger that weren't there before tonight.

Other than that, coils came out 0.21 Ohms on the test rig, 0.28 Ohms on my mod. Quite a civilised vape at 60W, > 100W is getting a bit throaty for me. Good clouds if you don't prime the coil first (blow before suck). Slight delay on ramp up, just under a second, but perfectly acceptable in my book.

I now face a dilemma - the juices taste different from last night. Not better or worse, just different. Is the steeping? Different coil arrangement? The psychological thrill of dripping for the first time adding an extra dimension?

I turned it down to 70 watts. The mohawk coils are .13 ohms for the pair. I will tone it down a bit after a while but I am a bit stoked on the new mod right now. I love those coils but they require a lit of power. I got used to short battery life from years of using 18650 mech mods so that doesn't bug me too much. I got the 30T batteries more for the squonker but I will use them until I get some 40Ts. I want to find a short wide RTA for this. It will fit a 28mm with no overhang. Tomorrow I will try out the Serpent with TC mode. But I am curious to see what this will di at 100W. 70 is powerful already.

There's always those from Russia, they'll keep coming. They're the best anyways imo

Very true, but they talk so fast I need subtitles for most of them.

The blue Bentley that nailed a couple of Ferraris, a Porsche, Mercedes, etc. and did like $1.5 million in one minor accident was hilarious. I watched from a Russian uploader, but don't think it happened there.
The countries where there is no fear of law enforcement are always the best!

Ok go to the play store on your android(s) and download vape tool.
It's a blue icon with a white coil.
It's free. Pro option for a cost for more bells and whistles.

Anyway has coil calculators, juice blender, DIY calculators for juice etc...

I have found the coil calculator to be accurate and very customizeable coil configs for a free app.

The iOS version is severely lacking......

Russian dash cam videos are a special kind of amazing.

Yes, they all seem to have the same number of lives as cats :).

On the subject of cars, owned 4 BMW's of various ages. Totally reliable, very fast and very safe. Actually quite good value if you get them serviced by independent specialists, their reliability [if maintained well] offsets a lot of the costs. They only get really expensive if they have not been well looked after IMO.

When Mrs OG was pregnant with our daughter, she had a little Renault 5 and I had the 5 series. We lived in the middle of nowhere, and you could really get some speed up once you knew the roads.

One day I was driving into town doing a fair pelt when a fully grown deer decided to walk out in front of me with no chance of stopping. Can't remember the speed I was doing, but if I had hit it both myself and the deer would have been pushing up daises. Fortunately, there was nothing coming the other way and I stood on the brakes and steered violently to the right. The Beemer sailed round that deer as if it was on rails, no pitch, roll, or loss of control.

When I got home, I took the Renault for a test drive, took it up to half the speed I was doing in the BMW and slammed the brakes on hard, steering straight ahead. The car spun 180 before graunching to a stop.

Next day I went out and bought the wife a Volvo.

BTW, always carry a short piece of scaffolding pole in your boot, if you use that as an extension to the wrench you can get anything off, especially if you stand on it :D.

It's the coil arrangement.
They look much more gooder. Great job.

Don't torch before you twist them and make sure you keep slight tension on them as you twist, torch after.
Slightly tighter wicking can help alleviate spitback with twisted as well. Especially if you use Rayon (I don't though). Unlike cotton, it shrinks when wet.
I'm lazy so I twist with a Sharpie, though I rarely twist anymore.
I went all over the map with wire and coil types and came back full circle.
Simple round SS is about all I do anymore. :)

Thanks @Rangertrix. Do you mean twist them in the deck or twisting on the coil former?

I'll have to try that one too.
When I do use one, I still use the old Vaper's Toolbox.
I'll check it out too. :)
