It’s cold, miserable with scattered showers outside – this does not sit well with Princess Zelda. She just gave meand screamed at me to close the windows. To which of course I have to comply! I can only laugh

Based on other stuff you've posted, I think it would suit you just fine Miss Delores.
I run the Zeus single about half open and the Intake about 3/4 if that helps.
If you're used to a real wide open airflow, you'll definitely notice it. If you tend to turn your air down a bit and not use fog tanks, you'll notice it for a few draws and then it will feel natural. It's not super restricted, but it is something you need to be aware of.

G class with a freemax mesh pro triple at 75w in powerful mode = vape heaven!!!! I run a DJV rdta too and it's awesome. Powerful+ is epic burn your tongue HOT lol. I just ordered a Carbon Fiber version, for that price I couldn't skip it.
Overwicking an RTA can definitely mute flavor. Sometimes there's a fine line between a flavorful vape and a gurgly one.
Strange on your Serpent SMM though. It tends to be very forgiving on wicking and not leaking. Almost makes me wonder if you had a vacuum leak or some other issue.
Post pics of your next build on it and one of our shiny little campers will be glad to help and undoubtedly point you to several other RTAs you can spend your hard earned money on.
That's why I bought the serpent as my first rta. It actually put me off of them for quite a while. With my pulse 80 and a dead rabbit I fiddled with wicking and worked out my problems I've had with wicking. I usually just globbed juice down the center of my side airflow rdas and chucked clouds not caring. Intentionally stuffing the piss out of them with wick to hold more juice. As I've said before my rta experience is limited, I do enjoy the idea of them and I've worked out my new engine to where I'm getting a perfect warm wet vape with very little spit back. For a single coil it sure guzzles juice the way I have it set up! Glad for that 5ml tank. I've been thru 1.5 tanks so far today! I cant put her down lol. Also doesn't help I bought another bottle of my favorite juice. It doesn't seem to last as long as other juices do.
The smm also seemed to leak out of the top cap a lot too, wonder if I somehow messed up the oring and it's not sealing cause juice flow issues? I wont know till the end of the month when the glass comes in. China was the only place that any in stock I could find. Someone needs to come up with a see through metal that doesn't shatter like glass.
I will post a build up next time I fix it up. And I've already got a nasty list of rtas built up from 2 weeks of browsing just this thread!!
