I love my Kumo. I agree with Jay Haze, it's not a RDTA...UH UH. It's an rta with a revolutionary and fantastic new wicking system.
Is the Lethal way better than the Juggerknot mini? I'm not that fond of the flavor on the Juggy. It's not bad, but not great either.

Give me some more time with it. I absolutely love the Lethal but I've got different juices in both, so it's hard to compare flavour. Plus it's 3x the price I'd normally pay for an rta - and what works for me, may not for you.

I'm trying to figure out why Ni 80 wire is used above say Kanthal A1. I've never been a Ni 80 user but I bought this Zivipf roll and want to give it a go.
Plz correct me if i'm wrong, but as i've always understood, it's used because it heats and cools faster....is that right?
Well if I go to Steam Enjin and compare the two, Kanthal is the winner....and it needs less wraps to get the same resistance.
    So why Ni 80?
Ni80 definitely ramps up the fastest of all the wire types I've tried (KA1, SS , Ni80). That's why I use it. SS has a lower resistance per mass, and maybe a crisper taste but I prefer the higher resistance and overall functionality of Ni80.
I also taste a kind of roughness with Kanthal that I don't enjoy.

I always thought Nichrome was for temp control?

    Good afternoon shinies....

Here's a bit about Ni in a general sense...

Nichrome, a non-magnetic 80/20 alloy of nickel and chromium, is the most common resistance wire for heating purposes because it has a high resistivity and resistance to oxidation at high temperatures. When used as a heating element, it is usually wound into coils.

My Brunhilde is running a new recipe... Creamy Blackberry Cheesecake. It's delicious although I do say it myself :pervy:

I'm just about to build my Kreimhild ll rba and I may get around to the Kumo too....I'll have to get another mod out for that though....I'm already running eight

Have a good day/evening everyone

Eight? You’re just getting warmed up. I have 14 and three pods going.

FT order came this weekend (order date 10/27). Two Z50 mods for my uncle and a Blotto single for me. Was happy to see the package was labeled "filters" and hadn't been opened then repackaged; seems Chinese customs aren't policing vape products for the US anymore and guessing LA customs are so backed up they just don't want to be bothered.

    Morning shinies ;)

If it can beat my existing tanks on flavor, i'll go there, but lately i'm very skittish...compared to my earlier dumb years.

It's so hard being subjective on flavour. What I love about the top RTAs/RDAs etc is how they bring out different notes or flavours to the same juice.

My raspberry ice cream tastes completely different in a Dvarw and the JK Mini - but I love the flavour from both.

I really like the Blotto single. I’m guessing you’re right about customs. They are definitely backed up. My review sample from Sourcemore has been about 1.5 months and still haven’t gotten it.

Have read FT is outshining sourcemore lately as far as shipping times. Surcemore prices are better but not much difference in final bill since FT is still offering free shipping. I don't order much these days but for now I'll probably be more likely to order from FT.

Anyone ordering and getting shipment from U.S. companies these days? I have a hankering for a Z80 kit with the Zenith 2, and the price at Sourcemore is tough. Fasttech has a better price but says will be shipped in 12 days, which we all know means you'll probably/maybe/could get it sometime in the future.

I've had two recent FT orders using free shipping and I got both orders in three weeks. Yes, FT prices are a touch higher, but if you factor in free shipping and, lately, faster shipping, over Sourcemore, it's the better and cheaper way to go.

A US company is good if they will ship to your address. You will also have to pay an adult signature verification fee in addition to regular shipping charges.

Yes, Sourcemore hasn’t been doing well since they switched shipping companies. I checked prices on some 2S coils I use in my Abyss and the two places were within a dollar or two final price.

you forgot the NRG tank. I have a few Cerebus's and then I bought, on clearance from Eightvape, I think last Christmas, a few mini mod/tank setups. They all had the NRG tank on them and used the same coils. I also found clearances on those coils and bought a boatload. They are collecting dust because as far as drop-ins go, I love the Freemax's
Yeah I usually get them on a pretty hefty clearance but if one of these days you're like well hell I need more room in my vape cabinet You know who to contact about perhaps taking them off your hands :)
