This is an “unregulated” mod but with protections right?
The Luna UL-80-JX chipset has the following protections...
1. Reverse polarity; 2. Low Voltage Protection; 3. Cut Off Timer; 4. Atomizer Short Detection; 5. Overheating prevention
Negative Polarity; the LED will flash green when you install the battery correctly, the LED will not flash if installed incorrectly. (reverse polarity protection)
When the user’s battery hits 3.3v the mod will shut off, protecting the mod, battery health and most importantly, the user; the LED will flash RED five times indicating your battery is at 3.3v. (low voltage protection)
The mod will automatically shut off when firing the mod for over 10 seconds to prevent any auto-firing moments. (cut off timer)
The LED will flash red if the Luna detects a short in the user’s atty. (Short circuit protection)
When the Luna Squonker mod reaches over 85 degrees, the mod will shut off automatically to prevent any accidents. (thermal protection)
The LED flashes indifferent combinations when some of the protections that are built into the mod are triggered. For instance, if it flashes the blue light 3 times and stops working, that means that the over limit protection was hit. When the red light flashes 5 times, that means the low voltage protection was triggered. When the red light flashes 5 times and the mod stops working, that means that the overload protection was triggered. If the mod flashes 5 times when you hit the fire button, that means that the short circuit protection was triggered. If the mod flashes 6 times, that means the temperature was too high and the mod will not work. If the mod does not fire at all, it probably means you have the battery in the wrong way and the reverse protection kicked in.
