We've been there in the Fall every year for the last 30 years or more. Not sure if we'll make it there this year with the Corona Virus. Love your photos and it makes me want to take a 6 hour drive to Cherokee.
i've been to Suches a few times and Helen.you have some great mountains closer.

Is anyone on here a "tank" user, or are you all "squonkers" or "rba" people?

Vaping an old, but still shiny EhPro Kayfun V2 on a iStick Pico this morning (and most every morning). I've never bought a squonker, but they appear to be a good way to vape all day without refilling.

On the other mod, an Innokin Kroma-R, There's a Beserker tank. I'm swapping back and forth between unflavored in the Kayfun and FA Cowboy (in the Beserker).

I cringe everytime I see a China order come through NYC, Chicago can be bad at times, but NYC has always been a disaster for me, 1 time I waited for a package for 10 days from NYC customs.

I always wonder why when a China package hits the U.S. and ends up in New York before traveling to me in Central Ga. Miami or Atlanta would make more sense as an intermediate ship to point. Sometimes, they do hit Miami first, but for some reason New York is an alternate.

You aren't alone. I have quite a few rtas never built and some unopened.

Good morning Shiny's
the beauty of this thread is that we all have that pile of 'stuff' and no one else in the world understands that even with all that stuff, there might be something else we need.
So we check in daily with our friends here to see what is in their pile of stuff and what else they are getting, in case we need one.

I see that you joined fairly recently. Are you sure you want a rebuildable? RTA, RDA, etc all stand for 'rebuildable'. One has to know how to build and install coils. If you are just looking for a tank for nic consumption you do not necessarily need something that requires building. You can buy something with a drop in coil, that gets changed out and will give you nic and clouds.
Just asking because when I was new I had the lingo all mixed up and did not know what was what
I think drop in coils would be good enough, safe a lot of trouble unless your a vape shop worker or need to learn.Used to build rta now I just sub ohm for all those convenience

Keep in mind that you don't need low resistance (Ohms) coils to blow big clouds. You can vape 0.3 to 0.6 Ohm builds at a mid level power and fog up the room.

The lower your coil resistance, the more danger of pushing your battery (batteries) past their safe CDR (Continuous Discharge Rating).
It's very important to understand Ohm's Law. Understanding battery safety even with regulated mods can be the difference between happy vaping and a house fire or missing fingers.

Mooch is the expert and has many excellent blogs and youtube instructional videos that are must read/watch. Here's one:

Metmorfin this is really important what our Pigs says here, please pay attention to it.
Also as someone mentioned the Zeus RTA is easy and a good start

That's peaked my interest a bit. I've got to say that rayon has always seemed like a recipe to give yourself more wicking issues for very little gain.

I didn't think that it affected the flavour much :)
There are massive gains over cotton using Rayon such as longevity, pure flavor, improved nicotine delivery and so on. The only wicking issues people have is when they try and use it like they would cotton. It's hard to get away from the cotton wicking mindset when using Rayon for the first time.

I have less wicking snafus with rayon than cotton. It’s wick and go! Half the time, cotton is retrim, more/less wick... idk, more fiddly to get it all proper than rayon.

Hi Dave....good to see you.

How do you find Cowboy by fa?
I assume it's one of their ready to mix and vape blends like Queen etc.

Spoken like a tried and true General in the Rayonati Army.

Switched from Sally's to the TIDI rayon balls (969162). All the thanks go to @Rossum (TIDI pioneer). :thumb: Very clean, near zero break-in time. Best I've used to date.

The bag is the size of a bed pillow. Don't think I'll ever run out.

I still use cotton too.

Mavaton's Select Gold and Carolina Blend by cottonman. He is a very real cotton farmer and all around great guy. A total blast in phone talk too, always. Best cotton I've ever come across. Lasts 10 days minimum.

Ok, ok ... back to Rayon then. :p

The Zeus will chuck a pretty mean cloud for you too @Metmorfin :)
If a dual coil RTA peaks your interest I can highly recommended the Big Bad Brunhilde RTA;)
Great flavour and will fill your house with clouds in no time:w00t:

Your picture gave me my memory workout for the day: I looked at it and said, "I know that mod. I have that mod. Two of them, in fact. What the hell is its name?" and in only a few seconds the faulty device I call my brain (which I currently picture as a rickety computing machine from the fifties)* triumphantly spat out "Tribeaut!" I gave my head a congratulatory pat.

*ETA: Which, come to think of it, it is.

Do you split it between different types of attys i.e rayon for rtas, cotton for drippers etc?
