I think I was not clear. What I was asking is that if I purchase a premixed(premade) e-liquid to find a flavor I like, is it likely that I will be able to replicate that flavor when I DIY.

It's hard to do but you can get very close. It's rare that you will get it to taste exactly as the vender juice but it is possible. It takes a lot of work and experimentation. I know myself I wanted to duplicate a vender juice and it took me months to get close and since then because of all the trial and errors I've actually come up with mixes that I now like even better. There are hundreds of flavorings out there and you will likely purchase many of them before you come up with something close. It is usually not as simple as add a flavoring and you have it. Many venders combine several different flavorings together in different concentrations and bases to come up with there e-juices.

i've gotten some premixed; as you describe from other flavoring vendor/s though;
and it was bad... i tossed a couple and got better results with DIY...
That said I don't see how HS could be bad as most their flavors are quite good though.

yes, but i think he meant a single flavor mix that some flavor vendors offer.

trying to duplicate a high end great juice is near impossible for me at this point.

Exactly. If I buy HS Deluxe Pre-made and like it, I would want to do a DIY. If I buy Nicotine and HS Deluxe "essence" flavoring and mix them, let it steep, will my DIY result be similar to the pre-made HS Deluxe?

I think so. You just need to dial in the percentage. Someone gave me some premix HS RY4, and it does pretty much taste like my own DIY mix of it.

Yeah t , if you buy a hangsen premix the essence will replicate it. The percentage is the main factor, the other factor is the note from the type of nic that was used. That can slightly effect the flavor. At this point I recommend WL or NN... mfs and others have gone to the new process nic which throws the flavor off some.

OK. Thanks, that is what I needed to know. Why are WL and NN more expensive than ECX or HV?

I think I completely misunderstood. My bad.... I thought the poster was trying to clone a vender juice such as halo. If the poster is saying he wants to try a few hangsen premixed juices first and finds one he likes then wants to mix a hangsen concentrated flavoring to duplicate the premix juice then yes you can get close to exact with it. Lets say he buys hangsen highway, falls in love with it then you can get the hangsen highway concentrated flavoring and experiment with the percentages (5 - 7% is usually a good range) and you can get close to exact results with it with very little effort.

Pineapple is the best I've ever had of that flavor... Its strong so be careful; 3-5%. Its great but will take over any flavor you mix it with so go low if you mix.

Hmm havent tried the Passion Fruit yet ... let me know how that works.
I make a mix of PF (FA), Pineapple HS, Lychee (FA), and coconut FA... i also add some sweet cream TFA to smooth it out... very good, and go very low on Pineapple which still is the predominant flavor!

Depends on your setup, atty /mod, and preference. I mix at 3.2 % and find its ready in a few days at that %. .. 3.2% (1ml/30ml) But you can go next day with it.. It is a strong but good flavor.. 2% will give you a taste of it and you can always add more. What's your set up maybe we can give you a more specific %
