The "JBox" Issue

Let me first say, this discussion should be "civil", and in keeping with forum rules.

I ordered my JBox on September 5th, order #429, the only email, until today, I had sent was on November 28, he replied promptly enough, and told me that he had issues with the curing process, but that he thought mine was in the dryer, and he would check and get back to me in the AM, next day, I have yet to hear back. Today I sent him an email asking for a refund, haven't heard back yet. I have become convinced that I will not receive my device, even if I did I would probably sell it for way less than I paid, I am flat disgusted.

To make matters worse, and I know some will disagree, there are members in our community who gave him a pedestal, promoted his devices, and are still doing so, through their still posted replays and reviews, so while I don't think they were initially involved, or even benefitted, they are still party to his scam by nature of their inaction.

I'm talking of course about the Vape Team. Isn't Dimitri the one who always trashes China QC? Well, what would you call this?

Where is the rest of Vapors Place on this? Didn't Kevin do a show on Jolly Roger? Now one of your hosts are doing the exact same thing, where are you at?

I noticed you posted this on Dec. 29th 2012. It is now Feb. 6th 2013 and their site is still up and taking online orders.

Nothing was done, if something had been done, these guys would have their money back and site would be down. He is keeping the site up in order to remain within the remit of the Law. If he takes the site down now, he will be up for fraud straight away.

He sends out the occasional email for exactly the same reason, he has forced the purchasers to initial his T&C's in a vain attempt to prove their consent. What he did not do is fully understand the meaning of T&C's and that T&C's are meant to be Fair and Reasonable conditions.

The moment he changed his Terms and Date of product Availability is the same moment he Should have offered the buyers a Refund because the problem was His and Not of the buyers making. He inadvertently admitted he had not begun making All the devices as he had issues with the Cures and Treatments.

Should this case go in front of Judge I have a Hard time believing Mr JBox will walk without penalty, fines or prosecution. The longer he takes to communicate with his clients the worse he is making the situation for Himself.
