Anyone receive updates from ic3 complaint?
I'm thinking about calling paypal and tell them the scam this guy has ran and see if they will do something.
Let me first say, this discussion should be "civil", and in keeping with forum rules.
I ordered my JBox on September 5th, order #429, the only email, until today, I had sent was on November 28, he replied promptly enough, and told me that he had issues with the curing process, but that he thought mine was in the dryer, and he would check and get back to me in the AM, next day, I have yet to hear back. Today I sent him an email asking for a refund, haven't heard back yet. I have become convinced that I will not receive my device, even if I did I would probably sell it for way less than I paid, I am flat disgusted.
To make matters worse, and I know some will disagree, there are members in our community who gave him a pedestal, promoted his devices, and are still doing so, through their still posted replays and reviews, so while I don't think they were initially involved, or even benefitted, they are still party to his scam by nature of their inaction.
I'm talking of course about the Vape Team. Isn't Dimitri the one who always trashes China QC? Well, what would you call this?
Where is the rest of Vapors Place on this? Didn't Kevin do a show on Jolly Roger? Now one of your hosts are doing the exact same thing, where are you at?
The status of my order on jbox site has been changed to refunded but I haven't received confirmation from my cc
