Genie Cube.....DAMMITTT!!!

There has to be something wrong with me

Don't feel bad jkm. I am on the list for the billet box, but the company owner, Doug Dino, is amazing. He keeps us informed weekly including multiple high def pics of the previous weeks work.

btw, my jbox was only $259 because I opted for no inlay. I ordered a quilted maple front and back with indian rosewood sides. It would have been nice. I'll never see it or my money. I have accepted that. As I have mentioned in a previous post, I really wouldn't want to use it even if I did get it. That's probably hard for an outsider to understand, but as someone that has been jboxed, I might get some enjoyment out of destroying it and posting a video of the destruction on youtube. And for anybody that says that sounds stupid because I would be essentially destroying my own money, you just don't get it. We have all been violated for lack of a better term, and I don't want to use anything built by that low life piece of crap. If his grubby little d__k beaters touched it, then I would rather sell it or crush it.

Jason probably knew that we wouldn't take him to court because with only about $300 invested per person, it would cost us way more than that to take this to the next level. However, I haven't completely ruled out the possibility of legal action. I think by now we have all filed reports and complaints which honestly won't do much. The reports won't put any money into our pockets. At most, it would just get him into some legal trouble.

From what I have been told, this is from a reliable source, as long as the work is undone, that is how a bankruptcy court would view it, not as he owes money, but that he owes work, thus, he can't get out of it that way. But, if we were to sue him, we would also be entitled to court costs, that also would include travel and lost wages, but once we have a judgement in hand, he can then sweep us into a bankruptcy pile of unpaid debts.

That is exactly what I was thinking might happen. We could actually win, but as soon as he declares bankruptcy, we would all be left holding the bag with no money, no jboxes, and a bunch of unpaid fees and travel expenses.

Now the other idea you mentioned that forces him to complete the orders sounds pretty good.

Guys, Bankruptcy is not like a dip in the pool, and you escape clean from all your financial responsibilities.. it is the last resort really for a person going through a financial crisis, it also means the person declares he has no asset in the form of property or money, thus he will be barred from leading a normal life under his own identity, any active bank account of his will get ceased. And it is just the beginning when you declare bankrupt.
Now I seriously doubt Jason would take such a life altering step , just for $7,000...So long story short, i dont see the man getting off this easily, if all who has been scammed , come together and complain against him...
