if your tidy isnt firing
i would push the pin on the magnet up, so that the disk is flat with the 510 side, then screw your tidy into it, then click the magnet down

Thanks bad - That was my first thought... I tried that too. I'm suspecting one of the bats now. I've been on one bat for about 2 hours, gone through a full tidy without a problem. I'm hoping maybe it was just throwing a fit. I'm going to tag it and see if it's one bat or the other.

I just got my iTaste a few days ago. The 1st tidy I filled I didnt notice any issues while filling, however it ended up dumping and making a mess, was still half full and by morning just sitting there it dumped the rest. So thought maybe it was just a bad one.... so I filled another and as I was filling it, it was dripping out the bottom as quick as I was putting it in. So then I googled and it said "fill very slowly" .... Ok did that and still dripping as filling. Finally got it filled and let it sit on my counter all night and day and just put it on...so far so good -crosses fingers-

A friend suggested to make sure all air is out of syringe(which I know I was not doing) I know when you first draw juice out of a bottle you have some air in there... didnt think nothing of that.... but he suggested also flicking it with you finger to get extra out as well. I will try this next time and see if it makes a difference. Suppose for any of you using a needle bottle this would not be an issue. :/ They Do vape damn good when they are not dumping.

Just did my 4th fill upside down like phoenix & working good so far.. No dumpage... Nice flavor, th, & vapor.. Hope it stays this way:D

Mines working fine too... my trouble was with one of the bats. Although the tidy is working correctly, I still prefer a heavier vape with a larger tank and a looser draw.

For what it's worth, Innokin have some brand new Tidy clearos just coming out now. They no longer require a syringe to fill or rely on internal pressure to regulate wicking, so no dumping -- apparently. They just sent out my package a couple of days ago (delayed over a week because they were waiting for the new ones to be ready), and one of the kits has the new Tidys, so I'll be trying them out when they get here.

Please let us know if there is a real difference in them :)

Alright, so here is the new Tidy clearo from Innokin:

new_tidy_clearo.png

Bottom coil, no syringe required, doesn't rely on internal pressure to regulate wicking. It's basically designed like the Phoenix internally.

I've only had a very short time with it, but so far my initial impressions:

- Draw is a little tight.
- Flavour isn't the greatest, a little muted, but may need to be broken in.
- Can't wick my 70/30 juice very well, needs a lot of primer puffs.
- Throat hit is great when the wick is properly charged, but as I said, it seems to need a lot of primer puffs.
- Fill is dead simple; rubber mouthpiece can be prised off with your fingernail.
- However, condensation and the small hole in the mouthpiece means juice in the mouth, and because of the design, you can't use a drip tip unless you fill the clearo end of it with something and poke a hole for the air tube.
- iTaste Cap doesn't seem to fit all the way down; it sticks up about a mm, though it's still secure.

They sent me packs of both 510 and 808 threaded Tidys, and I haven't tried the 808 yet but I expect it's the same.

I'll know more once I've had a chance to use it more.

I have these in the mail also. The originals leaked in mouth, sad to hear these do also.

With the original Tidy I found (thanks to DevilWoman) that a small gap between the filler platform and the mouthpiece keeps the juice out of my mouth.

Doesn't help here. The problem is that condensation coming up the center tube builds up, and the hole is small enough that the liquid can collect and block the hole such that, next puff, you've got a bead of juice popping out.
