I don't see why not. I tootle at 13 watts, but my coil is 1.5Ω which the Wompers would laugh at.

I think I qualify. Most of my tanks are Kayfuns (Lites and v4s). I generally run ~2 ohm coils around 15 watts.

I usually don't get hangovers (which is why I hardly remember my 7 years in the army) but the worst hangover I ever had was a bottle of 100 proof peppermint schnapps.
