I just bought 3 EHPro New Yorkers for $3.99 apiece on closeout at ecig Charleston. I've been thinking about getting some mechs for a long time, so that price made me pull the trigger. :D

Thanks for sharing your find! I ordered a couple of these, time for me to get serious on my vapocalyse stash. I'm leery of a mech mod but just couldn't pass this up.

If you have a mod that won't take a kick you can use an external kick like The Force. I have never used one but it gives you all the same features as a kick, and you can still use 18650's for the longer battery life.

But if you already have a nemmy, not relevant.

They come with a kick tube and you can use that plus two other bits to make a module with a 510 connection that screws on any mod.

In this pic these are the bits and then below them is what it looks like put together. I used the VV kicks I didn't like in this module.

It adds length but it gives you options to use a kick on anything. I made these for a side by side mod that I wanted regulated without the chip.

You guys have helped me so much with this info! I feel much more comfortable with the idea of running a kicked mod as opposed to an unregulated mod, and your posts have pointed me in the right direction for doing that with the New Yorker. I think I can do this. :)

I mainly use 200 rolled into a straw with a piece of 400 wrapped around it at the top.

$2.90 316L Stainless Steel 200 Mesh for Rebuildable Atomizers (10-Pack) 10-pack - 50*50mm at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

$3.30 316L Stainless Steel 400 Mesh for Rebuildable Atomizers (10-Pack) 10-pack - 50*50mm at FastTech - Worldwide Free Shipping

The Squape, Snapdragon and GEM all have shipped, the wait begins!

3F offers ePacket and I chose that, hopefully it works unlike FT's ePacket, if all goes well the SQRs and Snapdragon should be here in 10 days.

The GEM on the other hand is coming through China Post and will probably be 3-4 weeks.

Somebody found replacement glass for the Buddha mini! Hallelujah! Since it's my birthday next week I'm ordering three; since it's from GearBeast I'll get them by Christmas. I can wait a few weeks in lieu of shipping costs.
Nice find!
I hate GB, but I would order a few of those to have on hand.

So, my beloved brother has killed yet another battery. Since we're all using basic eGo threaded style batts (the latest victim was an eVod battery) I think he may need a small box mod.

What keeps happening is that somehow he keeps separating the threaded section from the rest of the battery housing. I'm pretty sure he's been overtightening them and he admitted to sitting on his PV as well.

While my wife and I are pure tootle puffers (if it makes a bigger cloud than a cigarette it's too much, plus I have to stealth vape @ work) - my brother does have a thing for cloud size. I have been thinking up upgrading to the following: Squirt - Advanced Mods - AVAIL Vapor

Because the local B&M sells that as a kit with a Nautilus mini for $60. However, as he seems to want to head for modwomper territory I'm thinking that might not be enough for him and maybe a Kanger Subox Mini might be a better option for him. Thoughts? (Cost, as always, is an object.)

I had an eGo that happened to, the top "collar" part of it just popped up out of the battery-housing... but mine was a cheapie clone from Hong Kong, $10, so after that I didn't bother looking at anymore cheapie clones. :D Funny how that never happened with my iTaste vv3's, or even my Smok ARO Winder. ;)

Those people at Ecig Charleston are going to be scratching their heads wondering why there was such a run on the New Yorkers today. :D

At least there will be a bunch of us learning how to use these. We can compare notes!

The first one he did that to was a knock-off the next two were both 650 mah Kangertech eVod batteries.

I just picked up some INW Vanilla Pipe. I'll have to do some playing - I would like a cherry (maybe with almond) pipe tobacco (reminds me of my Dad :) ) Picked up INW Cherry, too. Not sure I like how it smells just yet - a lot like cherry pie, and that's not my preference.... o_O I'm more of a maraschino cherry person.....

INW has a cherry cigar that I will mix up at %5 with %3 vanilla and its beyond good!

To me the INW Cherries tastes like cough drops - ick. The TFA Cherry Extract is VERY good, and in fact I mixed up a cherry-vanilla pipe tobacco sort of flavor that isn't bad at all: (I forgot, it's also got some INW Deluxe-TDM in it)

INW Vanilla for Pipe 6%
INW Deluxe TDM 5%
TFA Vanilla Swirl 4%
TFA Cherry Extract 4%
TFA Sweetener 2%

I was thinking of trying a different iteration of it, using the INW Gold Ducat (instead of the Deluxe TDM)... but I'm not terribly motivated with tobacco flavors, so it's still just an idea.

It got about 6 wks of steeping, and is pretty darn good.

Andria
Gold Ducat is a very good honey tobacco flavor and the honey really shines in it. Reminded me a lot of Benedictine liquor.

Most cherry flavors are like cheap dime store candy or cough syrup, but mixed as a supporting flavor can really shine. A Mixture of Gold Ducat, vanilla or Bav Cream and cherry would probably be a decent vape. Might have to dive into my mixing station in the next few days and experiment some.

I've pulled the connector off of at least two eGos; one died immediately (must have disconnected a wire) but another still worked so I shoved it back in with some superglue. Think I'm still using that one; it's probably the store-brand with the digital puff counter.

Today, I had a lot of plans to do before SO and daughter arrives at 5pm. Now the clock is 2pm, and I haven't done a thing. After this post, I'm going to force myself to clean up a little bit and vacuum.

I just have zero energy. At all. Combined with a headache which had just gotten worse this morning/day. Any tips to help with this?

I'm planning on visiting another doctor and explain everything. Headaches, exhaustion even after having relaxed almost a full weekend alone etc.

I've just been sitting here on the couch, vaping and watching tv.

What have you done today? :)

O.k. Y'all are bad influences on me...

$3.99 for a mod? 20% off everything. Yeah, I succumbed..... Now I need to go hunt down the pieces and parts for the external kick "module" :sneaky:
And it is not even a hybrid top cap style. It actually has an adjustable top center pin so pretty much anything should be safe to use on it.
