Pretty damn well, Rocking a mech tonite and having some Makers Mark just to round things out :)

Sounds like a good plan! I need to get some Mechs out and play with them! Trying to get a Flat Cap and some Magnets for my Chi You clone so I can enjoy it!

You can get one for a few bucks, Andria. Soldering irons aren't expensive either. I think I could make some mods if I absolutely had to. And might some day just for fun. But that is part of the reason behind buying up some mechs on clearance. They are already designed for what I need them for and probably are better designed than what I might come up with.
Nid you buy the New Yorkers? Just got home and fired one of mine up with an ego adapter and a T3S on top. Vapes nice with my 1.8 coil in there.
Just be aware that your wrap on the negative end of you batteries is good or it will autofire away as soon as you put an atty on it. No Delrin ring on the switch.

Might stick a nylon washer on there. but then threads will show.... But maybe I can shorten one of the extra 510 pins they sent?

sucker is heavy hope I don't drop it on my foot ;)

ALSO! Tighten up the little post on the switch or it will fall apart.

but a nice mod for $3 something :) Smooth threading and the magnetic switch is nice too and you can sit it up without the switch firing.

This is the spawn of the hippies. they are wired differently for sure!
Actually I think she's the spawn of the spawn of hippies...

People seem to forget (apparently on both sides) that there's a generation between the Baby Boomers and the Millennials.

I rarely ever get OT anymore :(
But I assume he works hard for what he makes!!

Well, he kinda has to; pretty much everyone else at the plant he works at are complete imbeciles who stop working 10 minutes before it's time to clock-out, and run out the door the minute the buzzer sounds -- and also walk in 5 minutes after the start buzzer sounds. :D The great thing is that his employers have apparently noticed what a valuable employee he is; he's had 3 raises this year. The first was desperately needed, the way inflation is nowadays; the 2nd was oh, what a great bonus. The third was an electrifying surprise out of the blue. :D

From what I read it was designed as a competition mod. The slidey pins have the least voltage drop I would think.
Yeah, The "Actual" Model was the AmeraVape Manhattan, and yep, that's what it was designed for. :)

I bought a cheap mech from Fasttech. It still leaves me asking the question--why?
what the heck is the point?

They're Pretty? <insert demure smile here>

SMACKS!!

I also don't like the bottom firing button.

I think that is the single most important (lack of) feature that has always kept me away from mechs. I did try to vape them.

FAIL.

Today's Humor......

After a relaxing bath, Monica Lewinsky was looking at herself naked in a mirror ... remembering her time with Bill Clinton.
Her frustration over her inability to lose weight was depressing her. In an act of desperation, she decided to call on God for help.
"God, if you take away my love handles, I'll devote my life to you," she prayed.
And just like that ...... her ears fell off!
Touching story, isn't it?

So 'touching'.

Loved this, LJF.

:thumbs::thumbs:

It cost me $2.20 to make this, and I'm quite sure most school kids could do the same. The cat got out of the bag quite some time ago.

Wait just one littel minute! You MADE a mod for TWO DOLLARS and TWENTY CENTS???? And it looks a WHOLE lot like my little Bartleby, which cost <ahem cough cough ahem> a BIT more than that.

That's pretty friggin awesome, tj!!!

New York (no, not the city)
Wait...I have a Dremel! Let's see if I have a small tip...might have to hit up the hardware store for some attachments tomorrow.
So I finally got around to drilling out that cheapo dripper (I know, after three months? lol) and it's working out really well! 1.5Ω on the ZMax @ 5V. Decent flavor, small thick clouds. Only holds about 4 drips before flooding, but it'll be great for taste testing.

I ya'll want to complain about peeps not working for their money take a look at high wage earners not the minimum wage earners.

So according to your logic, someone such as myself who put himself thru additional education to pursue a career, worked hard thru the years bettering themselves in order to enjoy a decent salary is the problem, while those who wasted every opportunity, drank and drugged and partied their lives away where the only thing they can handle is a menial labor job that doesn’t require any greater skill set then being able to say "want fries with that" are the victims?

Is that pretty much the gist or your statement?

There is many people, especially in this tootle puffer thread alone who have worked hard to get where they are in life. Be it they make $15/hr or more and they lived an honorable life and didnt sit back and demand anyone give them anything but a chance. They didnt squander every opportunity given to them and know that minimum wage is entry level job that requires absolutely zero skills to get and in order to earn more requires hard work and dedication.
