So you made Vanilla Coke then?
I was trying to make a "Cola Float" (cola with ice cream), but the other flavors just don't come through. I'm going to try again using 5% cola flavor instead of 10%.
Binky
A brand name of pacifier. It's a registered trade mark of Playtex, but much to the annoyance of their lawyers, it's often used as a generic term for any pacifier.
If the baby cries, give him his binky.

Doesn't everyone have a Binky?

Of course I do. I didn't have one as a child (my mom tried to give me one and I just threw it), but I do have several as an adult:

That's how I feel right now.

The surprise I got when I opened the mailer full of cartos was... a BRAND NEW FULL TANK FROM IBTANKED! And it's PURPLE!

I'm upsot because I have now ruined 2 cartos, because I can't seem to get the airflow on it working right, for it to draw liquid into the holes; the first time, ok, I flat out forgot to prime the carto first. But the 2nd time, I put about 1.1 ml of juice in the carto first, as I do with the other cartotank (UDCT) when I put a new carto in it, but it still gave me a wretched dry hit. Never ever had this much trouble getting the UDCT to work, unless, like the first try with this one, I just didn't prime the carto first. Putting in that 1.1 ml and then inserting into the tank and filling is how I've always done it, and it's always worked, so I dunno why this isn't, and I'm DESOLATED, the thing is sooooooooo pretty....

And now I gotta vape like a maniac on this strawberry and cream in the Achilles to get that nasty hot metal taste out of my mouth. Bleah!

Poor baby. Did you fiddle with your thingy?

No... but I was reading that little brochure thing, and maybe that's what I need to do. Just odd that the physics of the thing work so differently, just because of the tank, which is really just a shell -- it's the same exact cartos I use in the UDCTs.

But I'll have to wait and try it some other time; not sure I could stand another dry hit today without my insides deciding to come outside. :D

Thanks EVERYONE for the Congrats. :)

Congrats, Burnie!!!! I take it, no regrets?

Well, other than trying to keep up with the Tootle Puffers threads? ;)
My only regret is I didn't make it work in 2009 when I first tried vaping. The batteries sucked, the atomizers sucked, the juice sucked, you REALLY HAD TO WANT IT TO WORK, and suffer for it. I went about 9 months vaping then back to the cigs. :( This time around I was determined to get it to work, because I needed to be able to breath and not hack up a lung every morning. Much to my surprise the equipment and juice had improved leaps and bounds over what I had used in 2009, which I did use the old stuff for several weeks until I could get some newer better stuff, 4 year old batteries, 4 year old atomizers, AND 4 year old juice, that was determination to make that work. Now at 2 years i have enough to last for at least 5 more years if I stopped buying today (Like that's going to happen). Well guess i should get back to work, I hear that beer calling my name all the way from the house. :)

Gotta ask; what brand & what resistance, and how many holes in the carto?
I never use a carto without checking the resistance first. (and DON'T light it up with a PV to check the resistance)
A couple of years ago I had a guy bring me 3 boxes of "bad cartos" He had checked the resistance of all 15 cartos under power before filling them. So the cartos were ruined before they ever saw a drop of juice.

Sometimes I buy cartos with no holes, and have to punch two. But then again sometimes I order cartos with one hole & only have to punch one. ;)

Smok 2-hole 3.2 ohm flanged single-coil XL -- same as I've been using in my UDCT.

I haven't yet dismantled it from that last dry-hit I got, so I removed the driptip and put it in the thingie, and sure enough, as soon as I tightened the lid, buncha air bubbles came out. I didn't hit it really hard or at a very high wattage (7.5w), so it's *possible* I might still be able to use it, now that it's really saturated. I just have to work up the nerve to try it again. Maybe after dinner when the taste of that dry hit is completely gone. :D
