I'm really liking the Anyvape Cerotank with a 2.1 ohm Aspire BVC coil head. Provari Mini set to 3.7V (6.5W). Airflow control set in the middle. Ambrosia ejuice from Vaper's Knoll, max VG. You might be surprised by the output of this as well. Big plumes of cool vapor.

That's my current fave, but I mostly vape DIY with low flavor concentrations.

Airflow, IMHO, is the key to both vapor volume and taste. Too much airflow, and there's too much air, and the particles are too small to taste the ejuice well. Too little and there isn't enough vapor being produced in the first place.

Two other great tootle tanks are the Kanger Subtank Mini/Nano, and the Nautilus/Nautilus Mini ("Naughty Minnie").
You using the Ceramic or Organic Cotton Non-Nautilus Aspire BVC coils?

I guess I'm really shocked to hear the STM described as a tootle tank!

I got one right after they first came out a few months ago, thinking the 1.2 ohm coil would give me a nice MTL vape. NOT! Even with the airflow almost shut down it felt like vaping a hurricane. I tried everything I could think of, including using a very small bore drip tip, but finally gave up and traded it for a couple of nautilus minis.

so I know flavor is subjective but what do you think the best Tootle Puffers setup if for flavor?

I think two things: First, the best is, of course, the one you like. And secondly, I think if you ask 207 Tootle Puffers THEIR faves, you just might get 207 different answers.

I WILL chime in tho and say that for me, for flavor, the Cerotank and the Kabuki win.

Well said Kat!
For me it's my 91% Russians Authentic and Kayfun V4 Clone from Tobecco. Wish I could bring myself to getting a real Kayfun V4 but $175 to me means, less other goodies!!

The STM is more a mod womper tank. The airflow is what I love the most about it. I spent 40 years smoking as a MTL smoker and did the same with vaping until I got my first STM. Then it was nothing but lung hits with it wide open airflow and I loved it so much I bought 2 more of them. Now lung hitting is the only way I like to vape and restrictive airflow I dont like. I will still tootle puff on the couple kayfuns I have left and get a decent vape from them but they are not my goto daily gear anymore.

I was a 5-er, for the longest time. I'm down to 3 now.
I generally carry 3 iTaste VV V3s in my purse if I'm on a long outing. Feel safe enough with just 2 on a trip to the store, though.

I like the GS Air M tank ...with the one airhole (it's a very airy tank, but the juice tastes awesome in it). Only choice ohm for it (for me) is the 1.5 GS air dual coils. Next favorite is the Anyvape Cerotank with an Aspire BVC (non Nautilus) coil...1.8 or 2.1 ohm. I'd rate the Cero tank even with the M tank except it doesn't hold as much juice. I wish I could find a "Mega" version of it that would hold at least 4ml. Oh well. I run between 6 and 7 watts on everything. Generally that translates to between 3.4 and 3.7 volts.

I'm with you on the Ms, fourthrok. They are hands down my favorite clearomizer. They have great flavor, the coils can be rebuilt, and they just plain work with very little hassle at all. I just recently bought a bunch of them for my vapocalypse stash because I could be happy with them even if I had nothing else to vape.

With rebuildables, I currently have 3 favorites - Erlkonigins, Aqua v2, and the Rose v2. All 3 give exceptional flavor and I now feel pretty confident in building them. Honorable mention to the Kayfun 3.1. The flavor is not as good, but it gives a quality vape.

I've heard good things about both of those, LJF. I rebuild NOTHING, so I have no real world experience with them, but they ARE quite popular still. It always surprises me how an atty can be close to $200 tho. Then again, many people balk at the cost of a Provari (which is now well under 100 bucks).

Are there no clowns (yet) for the KF4?

I refer to it as having an air hose crammed down my throat.

Never again.

Well, on the one hand, it is like this:

but on the other, it is like this (only the first 2-3 sentences relevant):

:D:p:D

Somebody pls tell me: what is an "STM".
