vapez, I would also suggest that you get a mod (or 2 or 3) that uses external batteries. When your Coolfire battery goes, you will no longer have a mod. For my own vapocalypse kit, I've for months been buying mods that take external batteries when I find them on sale. Not the latest and greatest ones, but ones that allow me to vape at the wattage I like and have been out awhile. You can often get those for very little.

That is the best advice anyone can give. Bullet proof your vape stash. That's why I went the provari pathway.
I'll definetely go for such things. I've not gone into depth of such mods, but what would you suggest? As I said, I have a pretty tight budget, but I'll be able to use 110 dollars.

I have a couple of mechanical tube mods and at least one unregulated box mod. I have 4 SIDs from 2013 that still work...with an assortment of different tubes in both sizes. One pipe mod...uses cartomizers, but I might figure out a way to use the Aspire ET-S on it maybe. Plus a couple of others that still work...more or less. Even an old Gripper and an eGo T mod, haha!! I haven't messed with them since 2013 though. Just packed them away along with the batteries. I'll have to go through and see what is still workable and what is a loss. I do have a nice 4 port charger...was "top of the line" back in 2013. Reckon it'll still work. I got all the mechanical type stuff the last time it looked like the Vapocalypse hammer was going to fall.

I kinda want to order a Kick style device that goes between the Mod and Atty, Wouldn't hurt for some Mechs.. Even though they may be ugly! lol MFS had some for clearance but I didn't go for it..

I wish everyone would stop talking about "vapeocalypse" or whatever.
Things are going to change, but not dramatically quickly here in the US. Vaping and smoking will both face more and more area restrictions. This is mostly happening on the state and local level, which is the place to make a difference in the first place.
But Federal regulations aren't going to change much of anything very quickly. Looking at the regs, it looks like vaping retailers will now be playing the same regulatory Wac-A-Mole game that retailers of both health supplements and drug paraphernalia have been playing for decades. Since many vaping retailers started out in the latter business, and many are still in it, they should be familiar.

We have no choice. Already one state has banned the sale of ecig gear, other states have banned the use of them with nicotine in them (not enforced) and we cannot buy nicotine locally. If they stop nicotine at the borders which has provisions to be turned on written into regs we are stymied.
