And it is not even a hybrid top cap style. It actually has an adjustable top center pin so pretty much anything should be safe to use on it.
Id like to see how yall like the EHpro New Yorker from there. It should come with a couple extra firing/contact pins of different sizes to fit different tanks flush, Unless they redesigned the top cap! :)

Mine is 2 years old & has a lot of miles on it. Still works fine. I did get the FatDaddy pins & magnets for it tho'.
However IMO the HCigar Caravela is a far better mod.
Yeah, I was definitively going to get get the magnets, not big on spring switches.
Why is the Caravela better? Iv also been looking at that one as-well..

I've used a "God Box" for a lot of years, but Gawd, that's a box! ;)

use the Kick and a 18500.

Was hoping to kick with an 18650. My Galileo is a Telescoping mech, so I can kick with either 18350 or 18500, but not the 18650. I scored a BeyondVape Sage mech mod a couple months ago. It has all the separate tubes, but I can't seem to get the kick to make good contact (still playing with it) But, again, can't kick with an 18650 :(

Everything on the caravela is just "right". It will work perfectly right out of the box. Plus it has three tubes instead of adding extension after extension.

If you ever have "the big" problem with a Caravela, the switch will just pop out of the tube like a champagne cork. (not as many threads as most mechanicals)

O.k. I already have some kicks. Found the 3D adapter and the Nemmy top parts. Where to find a Kick Tube? FT doesn't seem to have any of those as "spares"
That is the problem. I put in a request a month ago, and nothing has happened. You might as well buy a Nemmy that can be kicked with an 18650, unless you absolutely love something else that can't be kicked with 18650.

Im gonna have to get this Extension for my Smok Magneto to use 18650 with a kick. Only thing I dont like about my Magneto is that it does not like certain tanks, when I first got it a long time ago, I tried to use an Aerotank V1 on it and it would not work.. Not much of a problem as I generally put an RTA on it when I do use it.. Mainly in 18350 mode for stealth!

Might be an issue with the coating up in the tube where the kick negative contacts need to make a good connection.

Not sure about that - I just don't have enough room in the tube for the kick and the 18650. Kick works great on the Galileo, but it telescopes. I dunno - I'll keep futzing :)

How's Mrs. Robert? Keeping you and her in my prayers :)

Some tubes are a bit to large of a diameter for the Kick. Slip part of a business card between the tube & the kick so that the spring makes tighter contact.

They delayed her second surgery on her leg. Supposed to be tomorrow morning now.

Just for fun, here is my massive "weapon" (as in club) of a mechanical I got awhile back. It works great. Tough as nails. As a tootle puffer, I don't need to worry about pushing it, really, but I am pretty sure it could handle whatever you threw at it. I haven't used it in awhile, but I have it as my hedge against the future. Along with my Smok telescoping mod. They are in repose on a velvet cushion in a little metal case. Waiting.

The Evolv Kick 1 did, and some of the clones do. The Evolv Kick 2 does not. I don't have any of the later clones .. so I don't know.
I actually doubt that a kick would draw any current at all while idle, there is no complete path to ground for current to pass until the button is pushed. Until then, it's an open circuit...

Last pic...my Smok Telescoping mod. Yes, it has it's flaws in reputation. Mine, however, has to date, never gave me any trouble other than being a fingerprint magnet. It's a "semi-mech" apparently (when I got it in 2012 I thought it was a full mech, but, meh...that's okay.)

But it works and probably will be fine for the foreseeable future, especially since I don't abuse it.
