SO - IMO - It really comes down to what Ya' chose to do to improve and/or maintain "Your" life until it is "Your Time to go . . . "Me" - I want to fend off that day as much as possible, however I know it will eventually be a loosing battle . . .![]()

Now - Just as as FYI: It's not that Diabetics cannot have sugar laden food or complex carbohydrates - it whether or not they really should have these foods if they want to LIVE a Better Life . . . Just Some "Food" For Thought . . .
OH and I should mentioned that I am not a Mr. Goody 2 Shoes, to be perfectly honest, there are times that I do partake of a Cinnamon roll/Donut and even Ice Cream (Sugar Free of Course) - just not everyday . . .![]()
