for those who haven't won anything lately but love fantastic sales... vaporbeast has the Kbox Mini, FINALLY the mod only, for $23.99, and if you use the code YEAHBABY, it drops to $21.59 -- shipping is $3.14, so you get the whole thing, shipping and all, for less than $25! I just ordered a black one to replace my black iStick30 that won't hold a charge anymore.

Thanks David that was an interesting article!! :thumb:

It really is. One thing it discusses is nicotine's control of calcium: “One of the functions of nicotinic receptors is to moderate the entry of calcium into cells. The presence of nicotine increases the amount of intracellular calcium, which appears to improve cellular survival.” Which makes me wonder if this is the reason why smoking is often linked to osteoporosis -- if there is not enough calcium in the diet, then the body will leach calcium from the bones, which is the proximate cause of osteoporosis. If nicotine helps the body to maintain calcium levels in the cells, maybe it's because it encourages that calcium-leaching from the bones.

Think I better up my milk intake. :D

Yep. 6 liters of 100mg nic on ice, a raft of rebuildables, a legion of regulated mods and a few mechs.

And letters, calls and petitions to any and all I can. While I think I've got MY bases covered, there's still a lot of smokers who could benefit.

Oh ok. I've been trying to enter those for awhile now but I never get an email for the conformation. Do you use your real name when you sign up or your ECF name? I just did it again and no email! Guess I'm not destined to win anything!

I discovered my ISP was filtering spam before it even got to my spam inbox so I changed the settings and I got the confirmation emails. I use my ECF name and email or you can set up a gmail account to receive them.

Oh also these wins are from the ECF part which is a random pick from the posters in the thread so I add a few a day. I can't keep up with the actual thread but it's a fun group of people that you see in a lot of the comps.

I also subscribe to this thread. It tells you all the comps that are being run by various vendors.
