Well, I am terribly perturbed. The needles came today, and if those are 12ga needles, I'm a monkey. They appear to be exactly the same "fatness" as my 16ga needles, if not even smaller. So I just requested a return via ebay. I need to find a different vendor, since this one clearly doesn't understand needle gauges, and buy a smaller quantity, 3-5 instead of 10, of 10ga and 12ga needles.

Do you have any B&M's around that sell DIY equipment? Usually they have needles..
As for a real Syringe, "here" the only pharmacy you dont need a prescription to buy one is at CVS lol In case you want to look at them in person, and decide to buy.. May be worth a tiny shot..

10 GA is good for 30 amps and 12 gauge is good for 20 amps. Or is it they both kick pretty hard?
But kicks are used in tube mechs? But then there are tube type amps....

If I ever actually get any 10-12ga needles, I'll let you know. These aren't needles for syringes or luer locks, BTW, they're piercing needles. Which shouldn't matter a hill of beans in terms of their gauge.

It raises the level of the top of the airhole -- the 12ga fits inside it perfectly, so juice can't get into the airhole -- but air still can.

Ahaaaa. I get it! You stick the needles in the airflowholes on the deck, not the holes on the side of the atty. That makes sense! Thnx for enlightening me

Yep the Kanger Sub Tank Mini. You can sub ohm on them or not. You can get blister pak coils in .5, 1.2 or 1.5 ohms for them. And the airflow is very adjustable making them a very versatile tank.
As I said I build my coils at 1 - 1.2 ohms and sometimes use the 1.2 ohm blister pak coil in them. I vape mostly at around 15 watts on them. with the .5 coil you can go up to around 40 watts or so.
You could build a 2 ohm coil in it and have a nice MTL vape. Also the flavor to me is a bit better than the Lemo2 with the same build.

I use the .5 ohm coils at 19w

Other than the various models, and the V4, nope, nothing mystical. Simple, solid, rugged, easy to build. NOT a cloud machine, so not suitable for all vapers. But for MTL? Excellent choice.

Air hole on the magma is 2mm, the Luer Locks are 2.8mm outside diameter. They won't fit. This is what I have ordered, SODIAL(R) Piercing Needles Sterilized 12 Gauge 2mm - 10 Pieces: Amazon.ca: Health & Personal Care They should be here in 5-6 weeks, will report if they fit when I get them.

I never fill through the bottom screw. Always from the top. Just cover the air hole and fill. Then flip upside down and blow the air out and your good to go!

Maybe once in awhile but not enough to bother me. I use glass tanks with them so even if I wanted to use the bottom fill, the bottom section blocks part of the fill hole.
