So, my psychologist wanted to join me. I agreed since I already know her, this will be easier. She picked me up and drove me back home (she's so nice).
So we went there. I was scared to death, shaking, sweating, high pulse and all that. So I met them, two persons. One was norwegian, the other were that kind of really masculin lesbian, looked strict and was eastern european (not anything against, but in my experience they are quite rough and strict). But they were really nice and really wanting to help.
So we talked for two hours with a 15 min break inbetween. Mainly asking questions and talking a bit about my background.
After a lot of talk, she gave me some medicine to test out. Lipralex daily use and truxal if I feel really bad. I really hope they will help, even if it's just a liiittle bit. Severe depression and paranoid disorder + hallucinations was what they told me they were thinking. And I believe that is really correct. They were really understandable and it was good talking about it, even though I felt like I was losing my mind because of how I felt, scared, nervous, stressed, restless etc.. But all in all it was good, new appointment monday and they will also contact another part of the clinic to make a appointment there as well, where they are specialized in what I'm going through.
I feel burnt out now, talked about myself and things I've never talked to anyone. I will try and take a little nap before I collapse.
