Well, if you're gonna be all technical about it. I still like my theories better.
Myvwife gave me all kinds of grief because I brought it up while we were eating there and spouted off a bunch of theories VERY similar to yours. Lol
I refused to let it go, so she made me Google it.
My wife says I'm a fountain of useless info, and jeopardy is the only thing I'm useful for.
Besides the aforementioned making her feel superior, mowing the lawn, and opening pickles.

Japanese is even worse. The same word will have three different meanings depending on where you put the intonation while pronouncing it.

It's neat that about a month ago I was Tootling along with my Kabuki Tank and a couple of Aspire Tanks. No Sub Ohming tried it wasn't my thing. But now I'm up to speed and comfortably on track to staying Cig Free. Thanks for all of the quick info. SAVE! I'll still see ya around I've found it's the way to stay strong during those weak moments in life and help others while seeking your own strength.

Question for my "Post" friends! I'm trying to mail a spool of wire to Canada. I put it in a little bubble wrap post bag, and just want to tape it shut and put a label on it. The USPS offices around here keep telling me it has to be in something different to ship up there but wont say what, just that they dont carry it. I'm thinking its the small Priority Rate box. Would it be easier to just go to USPS Website and pay to print out a label? The USPS office's around me I think are just confused... Iv been to all 3 around me lol and really just want to get this sent out already!!! 
Edit* I have (a TON) of used Priority Boxes that I can reuse if needed!

My oldest daughter eats basically nothing but chicken. Years ago, I took family to a fancy restaurant on the coast and she ordered chicken! Really? Seafood doesn't get any fresher!

I am not up to date on your postal rules but there is not reason a bubble envelope can't enter Canada.

We only have shipped envelopes(cards) to Canada. I think they ship Priority mail there. Sorry I can't give you better. Maybe juskiddin can help ya!

2. Perhaps they're not able to accept anything that may poke through the small package sortation machines (?).
I'm not familiar with the machines used for the USPS; sortation or otherwise. I do know that some items shipped in bubble-wrap through Canada Post, on occasion, would poke through and jam the machines or worse, stab posties
I'm pretty sure there's no chance of this happening with the wire but if I were you I'd use the priority boxes you have so you can just get 'er done.

Wrap the wire around a piece of cardboard and send it as a letter. Will work if you are not sending 1000 ft.

They didn't say anything about the wire just the packaging. I'm gonna bring in my own box and see what they say considering they dont "carry them".. I guess living in what is considered a small town, we dont have the greatest "Offices" around.
Wish I could catch my "Good Mail Woman" she would prolly put a form on it in my driveway and send it out! She's GREAT to work with!! My "Other" Mail Lady on the other hand, just gives the rest a bad name..
I was worried they would ask more about the Wire myself lol I brought my Unkamen Receipt with me to show its "Artistic/Jewelry Wire" just in case!!
