Welcome to Voltville, thebluefox009! Happy to hear from another satisfied Voltie! I will say most people that use a VV end up using them right around 3.7 volts, right where an X2 is, but whatever works to keep you off tobacco is the right thing, no question!

Hey Voltville!

Newbie here, been vaping for 3 1/2 days now and am loving every minute of it. vaping definitely lends to my style of smoking a lot better. I like to puff puff.. and come back later and puff more so it is a better fit. The Volt X2 is my new baby and it is awesome. I just bought one of the blue batteries and got the purple clearomizer cause of limited choices till new T3s come out. I did a lot of research and it was hard to chose between X2 and Ego.. though may get the Twist later to try out variable voltage. Thanks to smokeless image for making some great, easy to use products for those of us just starting out.

That's how I started out as well. Last cig of the pack lighter died. Had one cig left in another found one lonely match smoked that one. After that I thought why did I even by that pack because it tasted awful. Said that's it and switched to vaping full time. The key is having enough of everything you need for full time vaping so you're not tempted to find an excuse to buy smokes.

Well sadly I didn't buy enough liquid and won't be able to buy any more till next friday.. so I am at a dilemma that I will prolly have to smoke the left over tobacco I have (I use to roll my own) until then.. it sucks but I will admit I am addicted to the nicotine.

We all are (or were) addicted to the nicotine. I'm a little bit of a hoarder when it comes to my vaping supplies. I don't ever want to be caught without some battery or liquid to get me by, lol. Sucks to run out at just the wrong time.

Hi Bluefox - lovin' that you are lovin' your Volt. I really liked how easy it was to get started. Straightforward and not confusing. Then, there's plenty to try out like sample flavors and the 30 ml are a good price. I think. Glad to meet you.

Welcome to Voltville! One of the early things I learned was have backups for your backups of your backups and a couple bottles of liquid just in case. I admire your effort and have gotten stuck with "throw aways" in a pinch myself when I first started. Keep on vaping!

I didn't like the disposables all that much (they were 24mg, much more than I needed), but I used them until my first kit came. So, a disposable in a pinch is ok. I was really glad when that kit came, though. I bought 2, one "regular" and one "menthol." I managed to make it through the week with them (my first kit was not Volts from SI, unfortunately).

Got mine from the nearby Walgreens.

Thanks for the welcome, I just checked my order status and thank goodness help is on the way tomorrow in the form of a shipment from SI. Whew!!! The disposables are not very good, but those analog things are worse! Thank goodness our mail gets delivered early!

p.s. love the purple batt, just not crazy about the tip. there were 2 pics of them and 1 was purple (almost light pink!) and it was black in the other, I had my fingers crossed for the black tip! oh well, still works and it's for home use anyway, so its ok...i guess
